03.25.2013 Goofy's Kitchen! Disney Dining

We had so much fun eating with some of our favorite characters.  We saw Minnie first.  She was looking great.  It was so nice to catch up with her again after seeing her this afternoon.  Then Chip came around to the table. When Colton saw Chip his face lit up! Chip is Colton's favorite so he was really excited to see him and ask him about all his adventures.  Then Dale came and he was funny, and a little naughty. He kept playing with Colton's hat and jumping all over.  Then he got close to Mommy, looked at Daddy, and then gave Mommy a bunch of kisses... right in front of DAD. Then Daddy told Dale, "Watch it Dale!  I know where you stash your nuts!"  Then Dale scurried off as fast as he came.  He was wild.  Next we had the pleasure to meet Snow White.  She was dreamy.  Jillian loved chatting with her however, Jace was eating and didn't feel like saying Hi.  She said that is just like grumpy Dwarf.  Then she rubbed his head and whispered in his ear and magically he resembled Happy Dwarf and was pleased to join her for a hug and a picture. She must use those same tricks when she is working with all the Seven Dwarfs.  Then we saw Cinderella.  Princess "Rella" gave Jillian two hugs!  Next up was Goofy, and he was a goofball!  Last was Pluto.  Pluto is Jace's favorite! We couldn't wait to say Hi to him!  He was a hyper puppy and kept playing with everything he could find to play with, especially his big floppy ears. He didn't hold still very long, but he did know how to give some good high paws!  After that he ran off to catch up with Goofy.  It was so fun.

03.25.2013 Waiting for Dinner at Goofy's Kitchen

We made some dinner arrangements to have Goofy and the Gang cook for us.  As we were waiting for our turn the kids found this car that they decided to take for a spin.  I was taking a few pictures and later on when I was looking through them I noticed Colton gave me a little wink.  When the boys were toddlers Daddy taught them how to wink almost before they learned to high 5.  Now when ever they wink at me it melts my heart.

03.25.2013 Pooltime!!

   As soon as the kids laid eyes on the pool, they couldn't wait to get in it.  After a long day of travel and meeting princesses it was just what everyone needed.  Grandma hit the hot tub and Daddy hit the pool!  All the kids and mommy jumped from hot pool to the swimming pool with an occasional trip down the water slide.  I loved that the water slide just ended with at the slide, rather than into a pool, because it gave Jace a lot of independence.  You can see from the smile on his face he liked going solo down the water slide.  Colton did some back flips and front flips off of Daddy's shoulders, Jillian got her face wet and we kicked and swam until we got all the wiggles out and cooled off.

03.25.2013 Surprise to see Minnie, Mickey and Donald.

As we exited Autopia,there were a few special mice and one funny looking duck waiting for us.  We were so excited to see them because there wasn't a line to say Hi!  Jillian lOvEd Minnie's shoes.  They were some very high heels!  Mom was very impressed seeing Minnie strut her stuff in them.  Minnie is a natural fashionista. Donald was so funny and made us laugh.  After visiting with Donald we got an ice cream treat and decided to head back to the hotel via the monorail.

 

03.25.2013 Autotopia

After seeing the princess's and trying to pull the sword from the stone we were off too Tomorrowland!  We wanted to check out Autopia.  It is the only ride in tomorrowland that was there on opening day.  It was a ride with cars for the kids to drive around a track.  I was in the car with Jillian and she was a wild driver! So fun to see her hair blowing in the wind with an adventurous, daring smile, and absolutely no fear of being behind the wheel.  I could have been her passenger all day.  Colton drove Grandma and was a perfect gentlemen.  Jace was with Daddy and loved it.

03.25.2013 Sword in the Stone

I was sure one of my big burly hunky boys would be able to pull this sword out of the stone and become the King of England.  It didn't go without a lot of effort but it appears that Arthur is the true King because we couldn't get it out.  Jillian even jumped in to try to help those boys!

03.25.2013 Toad's Wild Ride

This was our first official ride!  It was full of twists and turns and surprises through secret doors.  It was a little spooky during the dark parts but we all made it out.

03.25.2013 Colton and the Princesses.

Meeting Princess Booty was on Jillian's bucket list!  However, while we were in the castle Colton was working a little magic of his own.  He was pretty chatty with all the princesses.  I am pretty sure he going to be quite the romantic.  Prince Eric and Prince Phillip might need to up their game because Prince Colton just entered the castle!! Watch out.

3.25.2013 Disneyland! Meeting Princess Booty

We had a good time hanging out in line, and before we knew it we saw a Duke in the castle.  He signed our autograph books for us and told us that some of the other princesses had stopped by too.  We were so excited!  After we weaved our way into the castle we ran into Aurora first!  Jillian was so nervous and pretty shy around her. Colton was pretty chatty with all the princesses.  I am pretty sure he going to be quite the romantic.  Prince Eric and Prince Phillip might need to up their game because Prince Colton just entered the castle!! Watch out.  Jace took it all in and got his book signed.  He did give out a few winks.
