Mrs. Sullivan!!

Amber, Kelly, Anna, and I all packed up and made the trek to Red Lodge, Montana to celebrate Alyssa getting married!
Anna and I at the rehersal dinner. I am the maid of honor for her big day coming up just next weekend!
Chris and Alyssa the night before the big day. She was a beautiful bride and radiated pure happiness. It was so nice to see my dear friend on her special day. She deserves to be loved the way Chris loves her. They are very sweet together. Her wedding was wonderful and we danced until the DJ kicked us out. Congrats Lyssa. We all love you and can't wait to see you in Sun Valley!

Double Deatherage's

Before we left for our vacation we discovered we were pregnant. Very exciting because we were able to tell the Montana/Minnesota family in person. When we got back from Glacier I was so excited to look for a heart beat. So I sat down and put my sonography skills to work and found twins (the unwritten rule in Ultrasound is that you should never scan yourself because you don't know what you might find...) I started shaking and called Brian, I was crying and he was laughing. He still calms me down every other day. He is amazing and I am still in shock. We are currently 9 wks pregnant. This picture is from around 7 wks. Today one was waving an arm and the other was wiggling his/her belly. They are growing so fast.

Iceberg Lake!

This is our big hike to Iceberg Lake. Yes it was beautiful, and a bear crossed our path 30 feet in front of us! He didn't really mind us which I was thankful for. Below is Colton at the Lake throwing rocks. If you listen near the end he says Brrr. I think it is so cute.

Glacier National Park

Daddy planned a great family vacation for us at Glacier National Park. Our first big event was a hike to Avalanche Lake. It was beautiful the entire way and reminded me of Hatcher's Pass in Alaska.

Colton loved to throw the rocks. I loved hearing him say Brrr as he tested the water temperature.
Colton inviting the Deer to "cmon" the hike with us. They were very friendly and not afraid of people.

Peter Pan

Levi earned the role of Micheal Darling in a large production of Peter Pan. He had been practicing all summer and we couldn't wait to see him. We drove up the day of the play and Levi gave Colton and I a sneak preview along with a fiddle routine that Colton loved. Levi loved to entertain his cousin and we all enjoyed Colton's giggles as he watched. I made Levi promise that next year when he was a teenager he wouldn't be too cool to entertain Colton and give Aunt Joy hugs. He promised so we will see. Anyway... the play was amazing. My favorite was the flying seen and watching Levi sign an autograph for a little girl after the play. What a treat for us Levi!! You did a fantastic job.

Bye Bye Big Boy Blue!

Brian was offered a new job and we made a family decision to go for it. It is a position at Kuna High School. So bye bye to basketball and bye bye to his gas guzzler truck. He was sad to see it go but enjoys his new Mazda Tribute. Here is our last pic with Brian's truck.
