For This Project You Will Need

   FabScraps S102 001 sticker collection

   MC102 001A cardmaker’s pack – die cut embellishments

   ST102 002 – stickers

   DS084 – envelope stencil

   Blooms

   Fibres – off white

   Muslin

    Corrugated card

   Hot glue gun

   White cardstock

   Purple cardstock

   Baubles

   Sentiment stickers

   Metal die and cutting machine

Instructions for your card and envelope

1.              Cut a rectangular piece of purple cardstock for the base of your card 3 ½” by 7” and score in half.

2.            Cut a square piece of white cardstock 3 ¼” square, adhere to base card.

3.            Cut another piece of purple cardstock 3” square and adhere to the white cardstock.

4.            Cut a lace edge die cut layer to give texture – I have used one of the gorgeous papers from the Cardmaker’s pack MC102 001A and adhere.

5.             I have then cut another piece of purple cardstock and adhered inside the lace edge die cut layer to make the patterned paper stand out more.  It looks rather elegant.

6.            Tear a piece of corrugated card [box packaging] and adhere in the middle of your card.

7.             Start your embellishment cluster layering.

8.            Adhere a few fibres, baubles, leaves and bloom.

9.            Adhere a sentiment sticker to a small piece of patterned paper and adhere to the left hand side of your embellishment cluster.

10.        Select another patterned paper from the Cardmaker’s pack and use your envelope stencil DS084 I ran around the edge of the stencil with a pencil and cut out to make your envelope.

11.          Select a sticker from ST102 002 and put it up on the right hand side of your envelope and then adhere a little glue, some fibres, a bloom and the sentiment to your envelope.

Happy creating.

A little creativity ...

Now you know that I love making boxes and I do.

They look just that little bit extra special when you make something and tuck the actual gift itself inside said gift box.

Not it becomes that little more special when you make a gift box and have a special super duper box sitting a-top said gift box.

This bow has been hand made from scratch and is the type of bow that you would normally see on the front of a bow card.

So here you go, using the gorgeous Bella Rosa papers from FabScraps.

Hopefully that works, sometimes I can be a little technologically challenged, but I try my best - ROFLMAO.

Happy creating everyone.

 - you are going to want to play with this collection - honest!

Today

Well it still is a New Year, albeit half way through the first month of the year already.

In the blink of an eye, it has disappeared.  Time stands still for no one and don't we know it.

I finished off last year with a hiss and a roar and lots of creativity.

And yes, I have still been creative, but haven't been able to share anything for the most part.

That's about to change - just saying and you have been warned.

Influx of creativity in the coming weeks - ROFLMAO.

So let's share a little, here and now.

Are you ready ... like it or not - here we go...

  • FabScraps C104 Bella Rosa cardmarkers pack
  • Cutting machine
  • Foliage metal dies
  • Doily metal die
  • Blooms – one
  • Fibres
  • Raspberry Pie ink
  • Corrugated card
  • Sentiment sticker
  • Branch/baubles
  • Toothpick
  • Hot glue gun
  • Adhesive – tape and glue
  • White cardstock

Instructions for your card
  1. Using white cardstock as the base 8 ½” x 4 ½” – score in half – this is the base of your card.
  2. Select a patterned paper from C104 Bella Rosa cardmakers pack – cut a square 4 ¼” and cut another piece of patterned paper slightly smaller than that and tear across the middle and adhere to the larger piece of patterned paper.
  3. Cut two doily shapes out of the same paper, score in half and adhere to the two pieces of patterned paper and then adhere to the cardstock.
  4. Cut out some foliage pieces using your metal dies and cutting machine.
  5. Tear a piece of corrugated card [box packaging] and adhere in the middle of the front of your card.
  6. Start your embellishment cluster layering.
  7. Adhere fibres, wind your branch baubles in a circle and adhere, then add your foliage and bloom.
  8. Adhere your sentiment sticker to a piece of patterned paper and ink around the edge.
  9. Using your hot glue gun, adhere sentiment to a toothpick and then adhere to the left hand side of your bloom.
Happy creating.
