Family Pictures 2015

It was that time of year again for a family photo shoot. My friend, Sarah always does an amazing job and really knows my style. Samantha of course wouldn't smile but she did great looking at the camera. She also was coming down with a cold so she was tired and it was exceptionally hot (94) that day!!!  Enjoy the beautiful family I am so blessed to call mine!

 Best Friends forever

Oh those eyes melt my soul!

I love how she captured each of their personalities so well. Miss mellow Lexi but that tough soccer face.

 Happy happy Danielle.

 10 yrs later!

This was the only picture of Samantha smiling.

Now to choose which ones to print for my wall......

Back to School and Danielle's 6th birthday

Due to a teacher strike in our area the girls didn't go to school for two more weeks. They were so disappointed but at last they finally got to go. HALLELUJAH all around!
Miss Danielle was heading to Kindergarten. She has done well but the first few weeks were rough.  She still doesn't always want to go or leave me but she always has a good time.

Lexi is now in 3rd grade. She doesn't look back most days to say goodbye. I always love watching kids who say hi to her and her smiling all cute like.

Danielle finally got to start ballet. She asked me almost everyday gif it is ballet day. It has been prefect for her and she too has new friends who like to say hello to her.

 Yup looks normal.
She is so beautiful I can't even believe it.
We have been walking the girls to school and pick up. Someone thinks she can carry her baby that far.
Miss Danielle turned 6 last week! Holy Moly I can't believe it. She is such a ball of energy. She has sass, lots of compassion and love to share, and loves life. She is a great example to me and I am excited to see her progress this year at school.
We had a fashion show party and it was so much fun. They painted nails, had a photo booth, dressed up and walked the runway. It was fun to see the different personalities shine through.

And two of the best parts was Aunt Mary and Grandma Cindy came for a surprise visit. She had asked them if they could come for her birthday when they were here for Lexi's baptism and so they did. She was shocked and I was grateful for the extra hands at the party.

She demanded on having a carrot cake. I offered to do some fancy cupcakes but insisted on having carrot cakes.  So I think for one of the first times I bought a cake. Gasp!! But honestly it may not be my last. It freed up a few hours of my day and it was very tasty and look at that face! She was thrilled.

Danielle is a very special girl and surprises me often. She loves playing with friends and Lexi. She often gets upset when Lexi doesn't want to play. She is a great help with Samantha. When something is her idea she is an amazing help around the house. She also is a great procrastinator when she doesn't want to do something. She loves Legos, Equestria Dolls, Ever After high dolls, Descendants, coloring and anything girly. I love buying her clothes because she is excited about it all. I love her sweet spirit and how honest she is. Sometimes she tattles on herself which always gives me a good giggle. We sure do love this gal! Happy Birthday Miss Daniella!
