Summer Days

6.22-26.2015

We went to the new theatre in Provo. It was so nice. We were able to get dinner, popcorn and see a movie. A good family home evening night.
We saw Inside Out. Really cute.

Sage started golf camp on Tuessday. Can dropped her off and I went to pick her up. So fun to watch her.

Wednesday we met Brooke, Luke and Morgan at the Springville Reservoir. We were there for a while and it was fun. The kids played forever in the sand. The water is a little cold!!

Wednesday after swim lessons we stopped for shaved ice! It's been pretty warm here. We'll do anything to cool off!

After swim and shaved ice, we went home and Sage wanted to hit balls.
We set up a circle on the opposite side of the driveway. We each had 10 balls and whoever got the most in the circle won.
(Don't mind the ghetto swimsuit golfing... It's summer and we don't care :)!!

Sage got 4 in the circle and 3 super close! I'm so impressed with how much this camp is helping her!
We tied! :)

I went to turn the lights off from the back and saw the bunnies chilling on the deck! They poop a ton in the yard, but sometimes they're kind of cute!

Bear Lake and Father's Day

6.18-20.2015

Bear Lake

We left Thursday after work. We stopped to meet Hillary and Jarod to pick up Ella!
(She had some separation anxiety, but we convinced her it would be fun)!!
Road trippin'
We were meeting Devin & Emily and Dillon & Mandy there!

Stopped in Evanston for dinner at McDonalds. Loved the saddle chairs!

Driving to Bear Lake... The sunset was so beautiful!!

As we were unpacking food, Devin said he'd pay Sage $5 if she would stand in the ice/ice water for 1 minute. Mission accomplished.

Finally getting the girls ready for bed. We brought different glow stuff for each night.
We put the kids to bed and played a mean game of spoons!

Friday.
The lake is beautiful! The view from the front patio.

The girls were playing UNO as we were waiting to load up the boat!

Finally.. Lake time. I cut out Emily :(

Cam + Mich ❤️

We put Reese to work being the flag girl and pulling in the rope! She had to earn her keep!

Cam trying to wake skate. It's like skateboarding in water. Your feet aren't strapped in. His first time and of course he made it look easy!

Ella and Sage on the tube! (I think I had sunscreen on my camera lens).

Sage liked to go fast, Ella liked to go slow. We had to compromise.

Of course Reese feel asleep. Every time.

She was curled up under the steering wheel!

I'm starting to love driving the boat. And I love just chilling on the boat.

The lake life suits us.

We came in when the wind picked up. We ate lunch and had some quiet time.

Ella and I reading and tanning our booties.

Reese and I playing UNO!

The guys went golfing and us girls hit the pool. I was so proud of Reese. She was all sorts of jumping in the pool. She used to hate it.

Saturday.
Round 2.

Such a pretty lake. The water color is so blue.

Sage jumping in the lake. It was pretty cold water.

Sage surfing with Cam. She's not digging  doing it on her own. Hopefully soon.

I could surf for hours. I hate when I have to let other people have their turn. Haha.

A Reesie sandwich.

Making memories is the best part of summer.

Cam ended the day with slalom skiing. He hasn't done it in years. He held his own pretty well.

Until he barrel rolled across the water! Haha.

We went back in for lunch and chill time.

We had a tee time at 5:30.  The boys were letting us tag along this time.
The course was so gorgeous.

The other wife's just drove the carts.
I was hesitant to golf with the 3 guys. They're pretty good.
I held my own... Still crappy, but at least I can finally play all 9 and not give up, swear or throw clubs anymore!!

Sage hit a few holes with us too!

Love my little golf babe!

Sunday.
We drove home Sunday to be home in time for a Father's Day BBQ at Cisneros'!

These girls and their dad.
They have him wrapped around their fingers. He'd do anything for them. I love their relationship. They're so blessed to have him and he's so blessed to have them.

We're the luckiest.

We finally got home and got the girls in bed. I went to check on them and found them asleep together.
My heart was full.

Busy days and 11 years!!!

6.15-18.2015

Tuesday was busy!

Sage has her reading class in the morning.

Pick her up and get ready for gymnastics.

Belle had another vet appt. She had to be put out to get her teeth cleaned and have teeth extracted.
We picked her up and after blood work, a cleaning, 9!!! teeth pulled, antibiotics and pain medication, we were able to take her home!
Poor girl. It was a little sad.

Then off to swim lessons.

Dropped off girls at home and ran to Young Women's. We went rock climbing.
It was really fun!

Wednesday we went to the Provo Pool.
We swam with Rachel and Trevor, they left and we met up with Brooke and cousins. We were all a little red after being at the pool for 5 1/2 hours.

The girls had swim lessons then we went home to start getting packed for Bear Lake.

We wanted Cam to open Father's Day presents early, because it was all stuff for the lake/boat.

We hit 11 years!!! I've wanted my ring changed to gold forever! He surprised me with it that morning. I was just going to have it "dipped", but he had it all taken apart and redone in gold. I love it!

We knew with swim lessons in the middle of the evening and needing to pack for Bear Lake, we wouldn't be able to celebrate that night. So... We grabbed McDonald's for dinner that night, and went home to pack! In between dinner, baths, working out, cleaning house and packing, we stopped for a picture.

This is 11 years! I wouldn't change it for anything. We've had ups and we've had downs. This is OUR life. We made it. And it's awesome. I love Cam 1,345,649. (He'll know what it means. And it's a lot)!
Happy Anniversary to us!
