The new BUMBO

Sage got a BUMBO and it has become her new favorite thing. It tricks her into thinking she is a big girl and can sit up all on her own. It is great!!! She sat on the couch and watched golf with her daddy. She thinks she has her very own Lazy Boy!!

It has always been a tradition for us girls to go school shopping in SLC, Utah. Lauren is going to her second year of pre-school, and Lesli is attending BYU-Idaho, and the rest of us- well, we just like to shop, especially when dad/grandpa gives us the credit card!! So you have to be 5 years old in order to go. It just happened to be Lauren's 5th birthday the same weekend. Luckily Sage got to come, only because mom still feeds her. We spent the night in Salt Lake at the Little America. It was great- 1. Brooke was forced to sleep on the floor by Lauren because it was her birthday. 2. Lauren slept with Grandma, and we threatened her if she moved, Grandma would kick her to the floor, and Lesli told her that her legs would get cut off. (Mean aunt Lesli.) Grandma really likes her sleep!!! 3. Lauren ate to much candy, being her birthday and all, and threw up in the middle of the night, luckily making it to the toilet. 4. Lauren got her ears pierced, and didn't even flinch. 5. Brinda called Su, and it ended up making us laugh the rest of the trip. BRINDA!!! OH MY HECK!!! Inside joke, we love you mom! 6. Lauren got her hair cut, and then wanted to go home. She had a small melt down, but got over it quickly.

7. Lots of great shopping, and lots of great food! Once again dad, thanks for the credit card!! And Aunt Meg, we missed you so much! It is never the same without you!! We missed Shay too!

We went camping up at Mirror Lake over the weekend. I really don't know where it is at, but it is up in the Uintah Mountains. (Aren't the Uintah Mountains huge)? I don't know. It was beautiful. Sage loves to camp. As does Belle. Belle gets lost on occasion, but a loud whistle usually brings her back. She just really likes to bug people. Who needs mosquitos when you have Belle, right? We walked around the lake, fished, slept, read, etc. The usual camping activities. The weather was good. It rained here and there, and was chilly in the night and mornings. Other than that, it was beautiful. Nice and cool!!
