For Aunt Megan

Aunt Megan in New York sent sage this adorable dress. She had the leggings already which made the dress even more cute. Thanks Megs for shopping for Sage and keeping her in style. She misses you and hopes to see you soon.

Lil' trouble!

My little baby is growing so fast. It makes me sad, but she is so fun right now. I love everything about her. I was making dinner the other night, and to keep her happy, I moved her more into the kitchen to "help" me. Well she found the ziploc baggied drawer, and pulled out all the baggies. Once they were gone, she threw a fit, until I picked them all up, put them back in the box, just so she could do it all over again!!

WELCOME HOME ELDER CISNEROS

Cam's little brother, Colton, came home from his mission on Friday. He served in the Independence, Missouri Mission. He was missed, and we are glad he is home. It was fun to see him at the airport, and hang out with him over the weekend. His homecoming was on Sunday. He did a very good job. We are proud of you Colton!

Skiing in Idaho

I need to catch up on the blogging. So much to blog and so little time.We went up to Idaho (home) over President's Weekend. It was so fun. We went skiing to Targhee on Saturday, and swimming to Ghetto Green Canyon. Ok, its really not named ghetto, but for any of you who have ever been there, let's just say there has not been any updating in about oh... 100 yrs. It is still a fun place to swim. On Sunday we went to church, (Sage was a nightmare), just hung out, had a great dinner with grams and gramps, and played games. We came home Monday.

Thank you to Grandpa Brent!!! We had Sage and Morgan who are too young to ski, so they hung out in the lodge, and Grandpa watched them 1/2 the day. The remaing 1/2 of the day they were watched by lazy bums who got to tired to ski anymore! It was so fun. I skiied majority of the day, and then decided to snowboard the last couple of runs. I loved it!! I am switching over next year for sure!! Sorry babe! Cam is a hard core skiier!

All in all, it was a great weekend! I love going home and spending time with the family. It's always a good time, and good laughs when we are together!

We really missed Joe and Meg. Next year for sure!!!
I can't get the pictures to do what I want so I gave up. There are some of us skiing, Cam and Sage swimming, and the grandkids all sleeping/playing together.

Very Busy Week....

I am kind of glad this week has come to an end. It was a long week, but fun at the same time.

On Tuesday, I babysat my bosses kids. 4 kids, 5 including Sage. I repeat... 5 kids. Back in the day when I was young, I never really liked babysitting. It just wasn't my "cup of tea." Well being the good employee I am, when my boss asked me to watch his kids, of course, I said yes!! Him and his wife were going on a cruise. So from Tuesday to Friday, I packed up Sage and I and moved into their house. The youngest, Alex is 2, Caden is 4, Brad is 6 and Haley is 8. The two older kids are in school all day, but the two younger boys are home all day, and they are very busy!!! One minute they are best friends, the next minute they are worst enemies. We played a lot of cowboys, and for some reason, I was always the horse being tied up.

Cam came to help out after he was done with work, then he would go home after all the kids were in bed. We attempted to take them to dinner one night. Big mistake- after spilled rootbeer all over the youngest, tantrums because the girl toy was mixed up in the wrong happy meal, and fighting over what kind of ice cream we were going to eat, I was ready to get them home and in bed.

All in all, it was an OK week. I enjoyed being there, and playing "mom" for a few days. They even told me when I was leaving that they want me to babysit all the time. We'll see about that! It just reconfirmed my decision to stick to 2 or 3 kids at the most!

After leaving their house, we went down to St. George to meet some friends for the weekend. That was nice. The weather was 55-60 degrees. I loved it. We met our friends Cache and Burgundy down there. They have an adorable little girl, Ava, who is 2. Cam and Cache played golf, while Burgundy and I watched the girls, and relaxed in the sun. I was even able to go for a run outside. I haven't been able to do that in a while, and it felt so good. We also shopped and ate a lot. The weekend went way to fast, but it was very fun.

This is Sage and Ava is St. George
I am excited to be home, in my own house, my own bed, and not have to live out of a suitcase for a while.
