If I didn't have Sage, I would have nothing to blog about! She definately keeps our lives entertaining. This age could not be any better. I laugh daily at her. Oh and yes, I get frustrated daily with her. She is my little buddy... I can't imagine not having her to hang out with!


My adorable cowgirl. She wants to wear her boots all the time. It doesn't matter if she is in shorts, a dress, pajamas, whatever.... she loves her boots.


Oh.... I just love her!


This is her sweet bike. Her birthday was in April, and her feet could not even touch the pedals. Now she is riding it on her own! Why do they have to grow up so fast?

She finds the most random places to hang out. She drags that hippo everywhere. (Thanks Aunt Meg). She is just tanning her feet out the doggy door.

She is literally asleep on the bench. She was waiting for me to come home, and fell asleep. Cam has it on video. Her little legs kept buckling at the knees. It was precious.

She makes me happy!

Memorial Weekend

Memorial weekend was great. We went up to Idaho to visit the family. It had been a while since we have been up there. We thought it would be a great time to break the news of a new baby. We hung out, played games, golfed, had lots of BBQ's, and ate way too much food. I loved the whole weekend. There is something about being home that I always love.


Sage wore a T-shirt that said, "I'm a big sister" It was a great way to break the news. My parents were excited and so were Cam's. Sage thought she was pretty cool wearing the shirt.


This is my cute niece, Olivia. She is the cutest girl ever. I love her. She is always so happy.


Um, this is pretty much the whole weekend with Mike and Cam. I have nothing more to say!

Sage hung out on the tramp all weekend. She loves to jump. This was early in the morning.... she woke up ready to go out and jump.

On Monday, we packed up for a pic-nic, went to Idaho Falls to a Park with a Zoo and a little amusement park. I haven't been there in years. We used to go when we were little and ride the same rides.

Sage wanted to ride the airplanes. She thought she was so sool. She kept putting her hands in the air. It was pretty cute. I think her trips to Disney Land have taken all her fear out of the rides.

We went home after that! It was a very nice, relaxing, fun weekend.

Ok- I'll just say it!
We are having a baby!
We were definately planning on having another kid someday, just on our terms! We were a little surprised being on birth control and all, but I must say we are very excited. I guess it had to happen this way, or we would continue to put it off! I am so excited for Sage to be a big sister! It will be so good for her. She definately shows the signs of being an only child!! :) (Maybe just a little spoiled).
We will keep you updated on the baby news.
Oh, and it will be due around the beginning of January.

And my sis-in-law, Liza, is pregnant and we are about 5 days apart. That is some crazy stuff!

Finally....... Summer!!!

Yay! Summer is finally here! (Well, it was until this week.... the forecast shows rainy thunderstorms all week long :( ) Oh well, we have had some great summer sun already! We have gone to Seven Peaks. I don't have pictures at the pool, but no worries, there will be plenty of Seven Peaks days.


Sage getting ready for the pool. She loves swimming this year. Thank goodness. Last year, she would dip her toes, and that was about it. Now if I can just keep her from running off all the time! Is it really wrong to leash your kids???



One of many summer BBQ's! We went over to our friends, Cache and Burgundy's house, for a BBQ. It was great food and great company. They have two little girls. Ava is almost 4, and little Capri who is 9 months. Sage and Ava get along great and cause lots of trouble. It was fun.
