It's Been A Whole Year!!

Yep, that is right Baby G is now ONE YEARS OLD!!! I just can not believe how time flies!!!!
This little guy is the sparkle in my eye! He has been a great baby and I have been enjoying every moment of it! His stats are 29 1/2 inches long and 18 pounds! Healthy, eating everything, happy, crawling up a storm, and pulling up on everything! He is my monkey!

Loves to you Baby G! Thanks for your excitement in life and all those toothy smiles and hearty laughs! We couldn't imagine life with out you!

Music On The Town Green

So living in a small town does have its perks. In the summer they host music on the green. We went to see Joseph Firecrow perform. He had done an assembly at the tykes school earlier this year, so we knew he would be a hit! Can't beat flutes and drums from an Indian guy! He rocked!
Big H got to be in charge of a few dozen or so photos, atleast he got us!

Muddy Blueberries

So we went to pick blueberries, but no where was there a sign that said- Beware of the mud and ankle deep mud water! Next time we will be wearing our galoshes! I had Baby G in a backpack carrier and couldn't get to my camera to show you all the mud and blueberries we got, but they are yummy! We froze a bunch to have in pancakes and muffins! Afterwords, in the extreme humidity, the tykes wanted to swing on the fun tire swings at the farm!
Baby G was on the done side, so we didn't swing too long, he was ready for his nap!
Big H loving the ride! Wishing we had a tree big enough to have a tire swing of our own!

Imagination Museum

I took the tykes to a kids museum that we had been to a few years ago and it was great fun! Here is Miss P in a GIGANTIC Bubble!
Big H had his turn as well! They thought it was funny to blow and burst the bubble!
Even Baby G had some fun, here he is hanging out in the plant room. There is also a puppet room, art area, pretend kitchen, sand art, ESPN broadcasting area, magnet area, rock wall and slides!
We ended our museum visit at their '50's ice cream parlor for a coll treat!
Hey kids- thanks for being kids and having a fun day with me!!!

Sunday Post

Just when you think you are all prepared to teach your Sunday School class, come to find out that they didn't have the previous lesson that ties in with my lesson, so it wasn't making sense to any of us!!
I was apologizing profusely! Thank goodness for teenagers, they are forgiving and enjoyed the time to chat.
As they were leaving class, one of the young men I teach told me thanks for a great lesson! Totally made my day!
*NOTE TO SELF*- read the previous weeks lesson and my own if they go together so that I can explain if needs be! (I do team each and only have to teach every other week.)

It's That Time of Year Again-

To reminisce about our love story! I wrote this on the restaurants table- love how they use brown craft paper as their table clothes!!!
We celebrated in a mellow way. Went out for seafood, always a yummy choice! Then to do a little shopping. One of the sweetest things my husband said to me while driving to church on Sunday (since that was our real anniversary) was that he loved our wedding day! It made me all warm inside!
And this lil' monster got to tag along too!
B- thanks for the great memories and wonderful years together! I want to grow old with you!

La, La, La. La Party on The Beach!

Brandon's department at work hosts a yearly beach party for the fam and we have a blast! Here is Miss P showing her newly acquired surfing skills on dad's old surf board, she looks darn good!

Where's the Baby?

There he is!!!
This is how I found Baby G today when I got off a phone call. He had waken from his nap and Miss P went in to entertain him till I could get him out. He loved it!
I think we found a place that will hold all of Miss P's stuffed animal collection when Baby G is done using his crib in a few years!

Getting His Army On!

Big H is way into all things army or military! (Yes, his Grandpa Gary would be proud!) So dad helped Big H build a little area in the backyard under a tree for all his army fun needs!
He has roadways and
even places to park his cars! This has been such a great idea! Even his sister and his friends have spent a few hours out there getting their army on!

Happy 4th America!

Trying to get a poise with 3 is not easy, so this will have to do! Happy 4th everyone from us!
Our church had their annual picnic and it was full of great food, friends, and fun- also sunny weather too! yes, Brandon even got his face painted!
This would be Baby G and how he felt towards the end of the day! A little tired, full of sun and ready for a nap!
You know, we really live in a great country and I would like to thank all of those past and present who have made that possible! We love you and will never forget all that you have done!

Dayz Off!

The fam just hearts when dad gets a day off of work! We enjoyed some time at the lake. The tykes have a great time and the water was even warm too!
This little one can't get enough of it either! He just started army crawling on down the sand to get to the water! Give him a shovel and he will be there all day!

11 Months- I am in Denial!

This QT is 11 months already! I just so can't believe it! Time really does fly! Plus with the added bonus of other tykes- time just cruises on by for us!
This little guy has got us all wrapped around his finger! There isn't anything we wouldn't do for him! I heart the way Big H takes care of him for me when I need to get something done. It is so fun to watch Miss P make Baby G laugh and when she reads or plays with him. It melts my heart to see Baby G's face light up when his daddy walks in the door from work each day. I am so in love when Baby G crawls over and climbs on me to give slobbery kisses!
We had to tilt the hat bill up in preparation for the Tour de France!
Love you Baby G- more and more and more each day!
