Back 2 Back

This is a blog ESPECIALLY for my good friend Lori for all the times I have picked on her for watching NASCAR. For anyone who hadn't heard Jeff had won a trip to a NASCAR race which he took back in May right before I had the baby. It was a fun weekend in North Carolina for him and his father. I really wish I could have gone. Needless to say leading up to the trip we started watching races to know more about the sport. Since then it has become something we don't miss watching. We love the races and talk about someday making a trip to one. Yesterday was the final race of the season........the championship came down to the final race and it was between Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon. It was going to take some bad luck for Jimmie not to win and seeing as he had won the last 4 races I think a crash would have been the only way to stop him from getting the trophy. He didn't win the race but finished in the top 10 and going into the race had a big enough lead over his teammate to win!!! This is the second year in a row!! I was disappointed that my friend Lori is now in NB as she is a die hard Jimmie fan and we could have had a great celebration with the chocolate cake sitting on my counter!!! Hey Dan.......maybe next year Tony Stewart could try a little harder????

A shout out to Keegan......

Our good friends down the street moved this week.......to New Brunswick......am I happy about it......not in the least. I keep my fingers crossed they move back this way sometime in the future as I know we will never move there!! Anyhow......their little guy was disappointed not to see his picture on my blog as I have his sister in a picture on a previous post. I wouldn't want my buddy Keegan to think I forgot him, especially when he said " I love you " to me before letting me talk to his mom last night. He is going to be a heartbreaker when he is bigger but here is a picture for you Keegan. I miss you buddy........don't forget to come visit me.....I'll make you cookies!!!!

My new toy.......

So I started a blog last week......haven't finished it.....don't know if I ever will or if I'll just go from here......my motivation is just dragging these days.......I think it's having a baby that will sometimes sleep all night or feel like eating in the middle of it. I think she is cutting teeth again so she hasn't been the happiest of campers. I've got lots of pictures to post but no time to do it. Our good friends moved to NB yesterday......hasn't totally sunk in yet but I know it will sooner then later. Anyhow I have to run but wanted to post a picture of my new toy.....my dream camera!!! We have been having sooooooo much fun with it. I will be glad when I figure out all the things I would like to do with it. I might even take a photography course next year as I would love to be able to do some cool things!!! I have to run to the bank and grocery store and then tackle my endless list of things to do but hopefully this will keep some people hanging on for me and that you won't give up on me updating my blog:)

I am coming with an update......I promise......I tried to do one last week and it just wasn't working for me.....I'm on the run......getting kids to school.....baby checkups....but I will try and post by tonight with some pictures and updates of life......till then here one picture from Halloween to hold you over.....
