Grandma's house

Grandmas house is just as good as Disneyland to the kids. And like staying in a hotel for us adults, with free nice homemade breakfast in the morning, pool in the back and help with the kids, it doesn't get better!! 

From the moment we got there we there we were jumping in the pool or riding the 4 wheelers or scooters. We were supposed to go to the Children's Musuem one day and the kids didn't want to leave grandmas house they would rather swim! So we had our fun there which made it nice for all of us! 

Wish it wasn't so short of a stay! But it sure was fun! 

AZ friends

We were fortunate to be able to have some time to visit with some good old friends. It was great to be able to see them and for the kids to see their friends too or make new friends! 

In anthem we were able to squeeze a few visits....

First was my good friend April and her son Eli and Ryan were good buddies. They have grown a foot or two in the past 4 years but they still clicked like the good old days! 

And Jordan made a new buddy with her youngest. A mini version on Ryan and Eli haha! 

Then a stop to my good friend Kellie. It was so good to visit with her and give her  a real hug, since her husband had passed away since the last time I had seen her. So we had a nice visit while the girls ran off and played and had a ball. 

Then off to spend some good old quality time with good old friends the Davis' it was a fun filled day filled to the brim with fun and food! 

First stop the pool! It was a great way to break the ice especially for the little ones who were having a hard time becoming friends. But they ended being best friends by the end! 

Mmmmmmm.....Donuts!! 

All best buddies by the end. Some were not happy about having to say good bye! 

While we were at the Davis' this friend stopped by to say hi and pick up Ryan to play with his best little buddy Easton. 

They had fun playing and picked up right where they left off too! 

There is a saying that goes "Friends are the family you choose" it's nice to add to our happiness and blessings of our own family.
