"Santa Claus is coming to town!"

Ryan cracking us up as always!
He finally gets to tell Santa what he wants for Christmas!

A picture says a 1,000 words! and can make you laugh instantly!

this is classic! Take the few seconds to watch! It's classic!

She did like it after all, in case any of you were worried!

Santa and his Elf helpers! (Bishop and his 1st counselor!)

My Day

Today we met up with Kendra and the kids at the outlets to see the Christmas decorations, the humongous tree, and of course to see Santa. It was really fun and all the kids had a blast!

"HO,HO,HO! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!"

Kaylee would not stand still for me to take her picture, so I had to get an action shot! Here she is running across the sidewalk!

"Cheese!"

Following the leader!

"Following the leader, again!"

Inside Santa's house, waiting patiently to see the big man!

Renee was very cleaver in how to keep her self busy!

Santa is soo old, that he fell asleep in the middle of the picture!

Renee still wasn't liking the idea of being so up close and personal to Santa, But Kaylee REALLY wasn't buying the idea!

But they gave them these cool little antler hats, and that made it all better!

Then it was off to the playground to play before we got some lunch at the food court.

2 Little monkeys swinging in the tree!

3 little monkeys swinging in the tree,
(but don't worry none fell and bumped their heads!)

Renee did that on purpose, I promise!

She thought that is was cool!

Kaylee was mostly interested in putting on Ryan and Zoey's shoes.....

She wanted me to take this picture, cute feet!

then that night I babysat for Brian and Kendra so they could go to his work Christmas party. So this is how the day ended....5 little monkeys swimming in the tub.

Then the 5 little monkeys were cuddled up in the bed......
and momma didn't have to call the doctor at all!
P.S...
Andy and Megan if you were to find a House out here, Angie could be in the pictures too!
Hint, Hint!!!

Happy Thanksgiving

"Happy Thanksgiving" said Pilgrim Ryan. He made his outfit at preschool all by himself!

This weekend was Thanksgiving all weekend! On Thursday we had a nice quiet dinner at home with just the 5 of us, thanks to subway! :) And a frozen pizza for the kids! The weather was beautiful so we played in the backyard and enjoyed just being together.

On Friday we had a nice BBQ Chicken dinner with Uncle Wally and Aunt Faye. They brought a little something for Ryan's birthday. Star wars action figures! Perfect!
Then on Saturday we had the big Turkey dinner at Karen's moms house, with Grandma and Grandpa Ray, and Brian and Kendra and their kids. These are the cute decorations that were made that the kids loved....of course, there was a dum dum inside!

Dessert was a big hit... especially the whip cream!

The kids had a blast playing on Grandma's swing set as always, but this time was super fun with Grandpa Ray pushing them!

They don't mind big brother pushing though!

This video shows the fun that they had that day! Ryan sure loves you Grandpa Ray!

Happy Birthday Ryan!!

Today is Ryan's official Birthday!! He was a bit confused since we had his birthday party a couple weeks ago. Grandma Joyce called first thing in the morning....before we were up and had a chance to explain to him it was his birthday...and sang him "Happy Birthday"
His face lit up! And said
"ya today IS my birthday, now I am 5!"
I Love how little kids have no concept of time, and think that 2 weeks can be a whole year!!

He had a pretty fun day....we started with Park Day so we played at the park with other friends from church until lunch time, where we went to McDonalds (his favorite restaurant) and met Kara and Lauren there.

Then home for the girls to nap, and while they were sleeping Ryan helped me make cup cakes!
Another Favorite thing for him to do!

Then we daddy got home, they played "fight" with his new Hulk gloves....another one of his Favorite things to do!

Love his laugh! And you'll get a kick out of his super power jumping kick punch!

"I love you Daddy the Hulk!"

BIRTHDAY DINNER
I asked Ryan what he wanted for dinner......and to my surprise and delight.....he said....
Scrambled eggs and toast! Yee-haw! coming right up!

Of course we ended with dessert, the cup cakes he helped make. With Sprinkles on top!

And he was super excited to open 2 cards he got in the mail from Grandpa Blunier and Paw-Paw. They both sent him "dollars" which also made him super excited! He LOVES getting mail.

And he also got to open the present (pictured first) sent from Grandma Jane, a fire truck that makes the siren noises (yes uncle Spamdrew you can play with it when you come to my house again!)and a cool coloring book. Thanks Grandma Jane! I love it! Can't wait to see you in April!

Sunday

This year Ryan is old enough to participate in the Primary Program that is preformed every year. And he did a good job with not getting shy, he actually said his line in the microphone.....
"My name is Ryan and I'm a Tball player and a child of God."

And he sang most of the songs, even one that had sign language signs to it, which I was proud of him for that. Then there were others that he just played with the other boys his age, using the "force" on each other! It made me laugh! Such a boy, and so Ryan!

Here is a picture of him at our practice the day before.

Silly Kids!!

The girls have started the phase where they just love to be naked! Well although I feel that they are way too young to start potty training (or I'm just not ready to deal with that daunting task yet!), I thought I would introduce underwear to them and see how they respond to it.

To my surprise, Kaylee absolutely loved them and Renee wanted nothing to do with them!

Silly Kaylee, here she is wearing 8 necklaces and
8 pairs of underwear!

Kaylee is wearing the underwear and Renee is the one NOT!!

Renee the "thing"!
Spiderwoman Kaylee!

Kaylee didn't want to stop with underwear or costumes....
she threw on Ryan's clothes too! And Ryan wanted to copy Kaylee by putting on all of his underwear! You have to see the video below to see how they walk!

Just for a laugh! Hahaha Enjoy!!

Let's go to the Movies.....

At midnight!!!

I have joined the Twilight craze....yes I have. It all started from all the talk from these ladies at work, everyone was passing books around and reading them and talking about there obsession about it and certain characters...namely EDWARD! :)

Joe is really good about reading and I am not. He has been trying to encourage me to get back into reading (or start really!). But just haven't been quite motivated due to the constant lack of sleep that takes priority for me over other leisure activities. So we kind of made a deal, that if I start reading that he would start working out! Well, I've read 2 books now Joe! Let the working out begin, or do I need to call Bob and Jillian!! :)

So a night was planned to go see the first showing of the movie, and that happened to be at midnight. It was fun to be there with everyone who is soo in to it, and to go with girls from work. I had a really good time, it was worth the lost sleep!

they got there in plenty of time to pick the best seat in the house!

Making Memories at McDonald's

The kids love to go to McDonald's and Grandma loves to spoil them there! It's been fun to go as a family, Grandma, Aunts and cousins included! The kids play their hearts out and get to have a treat for dinner and dessert! It was especially fun this time with Aunt Megan, Uncle Andy and cousin Angela

Having a ball playing!

Just a cute shot of Kaylee

Andy trying to introduce McDonald's and getting caught in the act!
