December-
We had some amazing family photos done. This was actually our 3rd go at it. The first day we did mini sessions with Jane's and Kelly's family, but the memory card with all our pictures got lost somewhere at Eagle Island Park. Our second attempt got rained out. And like the saying goes, "Third time was a charm!" We had a beautiful day and we decided to bring the dogs along and do the "whole family". I guess it was just meant to be!

CCI Christmas Party
December 8-
Another year at the Cancer Center of Idaho and another Christmas Party at Epi's. Kingston had a sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa's house so it was nice to sleep in the next day. We had lots and lots of good food and wine. Lots of memories and laughter. I'm so lucky to work with such amazing friends. Cheers to another year!

Santa Clause and Santa Paws
December 8-
This was Kingston's second time at Santa Paws and he enjoyed it a lot more this year. Actually, the highlight of his day was pushing around the mini shopping cart at Zamzows! He is quite the character.
It was another successful year! No one knocked over the tree, lifted a leg, or got into the treat bowl. Don't they look handsome!
Next, was Kingston's turn to see Santa. We went to the Eagle Christmas Celebration and decorated sugar cookies and got a balloon before making our way to see the "Big Guy."
Waiting in line...
There was no way Kingston was going to sit on Santa's lap. There were a few tears, but he still did really good and he got a candy cane out of the deal. (And he was sick, so that wasn't in our favor).

Brylee's Performance
December 7-
We got to go and watch Brylee sing in her Christmas performance. It was so sweet to listen to the kids. Brylee did a great job. Kingston really liked it too and clapped after each song. By the end he was getting pretty fidgety so I took him out into the lobby so he could run around while the older kids did a play.

Decorating in McCall
December 1-
We enjoyed a peaceful weekend at the cabin decorating for Christmas. It was rainy and soggy the whole weekend, but that didn't seem to matter since we spent most of the weekend inside. The cabin is pretty cozy!
Kingston has his own personal clean up crew while he eats...
I always forget how small our tree is...and every year I say that we will get a bigger one the next year. But I did get some pretty red ornaments that distract from the size. Kingston kept taking the balls off the bottom and throwing them...what a typical little boy!
This vacuum is such a hit with him. He plays with it all weekend long.
It's a little cold for the boys so they like to snuggle in their beds.
Jonathan spotted a bunch of deer out our kitchen window.
We played outside on the front porch.
It doesn't look very impressive from the picture, but the banister has lighted garland and their are decorations here and there. I think it looks very festive!

What will he be?
A little Van Gogh...this was Kingston's first piece of artwork. Hopefully he will get his artistic skills from his daddy and not his mommy!
Construction manager...those blocks didn't put themselves together (Uncle Joel could teach him a thing or two).
A mini lawyer...it's an awful big briefcase just for toys, but it also doubles as a step stool! One of those grown kids who lives at home in his parent's basement playing video games and texting all day!
A pint size ballroom dancer....although it looks as if he has two left feet.
A taste tester...who doesn't like their fishsticks dipped in raspberry yogurt?

Thanksgiving 2
November 24-
We did Thanksgiving again with the Niederklein's on Saturday afternoon. Kingston had a sleepover the night before with Grandma and Grandpa and went to Hooters for the big game.
We had a relaxing day filled with fun, good food, and card games!
Here are the guys with the moose head that my dad shot!
This is Kingston's playhouse at Grandma's house...it used to be Joel's and mine. He got a lot of giggles out of it... especially when you sneak in the backdoor or window.
I love this cute kid!
He is always entertaining us...
He loves to sit in Grandma's rocking chair and read his stories.
