Yes I know that Olivia has been two for awhile and that I have taken her to the Doctor and have gotten her 2 year old photos taken a long time ago, but I am now just getting to posting it. So here it goes.....Once again I had Nicole take Olivia's pictures. They turned out so great, I love them! It is so hard to choose which one is my favorite one.
Olivia's 2 Year Old Stats...
Weight: 25lb 6 oz. 33%
Height: 33 inches
I wonder where to even begin? I should have done this along time ago so I could remember more of what she was doing right at two, so since I didn't I will just write what she has been doing.
She has always been a talker, now up until the age of 2 for the most part it was her own language, but since she has turned two her vocabulary has gone crazy. We often are always looking at each other like did she really say that and how does she know to say those words. She asks a lot of why's, you can tell she is always thinking about what is going on around her. She loves her brothers so much. She called them Buba's up until about a month ago and now for the most part it is Martus and Aledik. When asking where the boys are in the morning she will say they are at tool (school). She loves when their friends come over to play and if they are girls then that is just an added bonus! She is a great helper, but sometimes it is more help then I need. She loves her babies so much, she honestly is quite the little mother too them. She bounces them, she covers them with a blanket and then holds them to put them to sleep. At times when we are running errands around town she brings her baby car seat with one of her babies. She will put them to bed, shut her bedroom door, and then let us know we need to be quiet because the babies are weeping! She loves to know everything that is going on around her, she is always questioning what I am talking about whether I am on the phone, talking to Carson, or talking to the boys. One day she had her play phone up to her ear say, "Yes Ricia (Tricia)." I guess that is a sign I talk to Tricia too much!!! She loves singing, loves it, loves it, loves it!!!! She will open up a story book lead the music and sing her little heart out. In the car when Marcus turns on his "cool" music she tries to sing along with the boys and she also loves singing to her new Barbie Diamond Castle movie she got for Valentines. If the boys take off their shirts to wrestle then she is also taking her shirt off to wrestle with them. She loves to walk around with my lips (lip gloss) and put it on all day. One day she had three of them while counting 2, 3, 4, 3! The biggest problem is we run at of the clear quickly so a lot of time there is some sort of color put so beautiful across her lower part of her face. She hates having her hands dirty so I will often hear her walk into a bathroom, turn on the tub water, and then come out to tell me she washed her hands! When her daddy comes home from work she will give him a big hug and say, "daddy I wish you (I miss you)!" She loves her daddy, but at this point I think it is pretty safe to say she is still a mommas girl! Lately she has also been opening her hands really wide and telling us that she loves us big much! (this much!). I will say to her I love you the most and she will reply I love you big much most! She is also into racing where ever we go (I honestly don't know where she gets this from). We have to race to the potty, to her bedroom, to the laundry room, etc and the problem is she has to win every time! There are times we are racing and I am first or the boys are and she starts throwing a fit and I have to say, "no we are not racing right now!" And it is amazing the tantrum stops just like that! If we are not racing then I have to count while she runs and does something. So lately she has started counting to 10 all by herself. She also loves saying the prayer. We have set up a thing where we just go in order of our family for each prayer that we say, but most often we have to say two because she has to say one. She really tries to talk like a big girl in saying her prayers. The most important thing that she always has to say and we also have to say it or she gets upset after the prayer (it doesn't matter if it is Sunday or Wednesday) we have to say we are thankful that we went to Church! She started wearing panties on November 18, 2008 and has only had 4 accidents. Right now we are going without pull ups to bed, so we will see how that goes. I think one reason why she has done so well is she is a pleaser. At first I would tell her no peeing in your panties so every time (probably during the first 6 weeks) when we would be putting on her panties she would so no pee panties! About a month ago we showed her how she could put a stool by the toilet and go potty, but she is now just trying to get on all by herself, no help from us, and no help from the stool. For about a month she always was fighting to sit in her carseat because she wanted to sit in back with Bubba Aldek. I was so reluctant in moving her back because I just felt like that was a pretty good sign she was really big. Well I finally gave in, but the rule is she has to go straight to the back without fighting to sit in her seat or she has to be moved back up front. Well we have been doing this for about 10 days and let me just tell you that we have had NO fights about what she should be doing. So I think it is offical she is big!!! We are still loving her curly hair (something I honestly never imagined my little girl would have). We found out last week while talking with my Grandma Carlson that my Grandma and her sisters have curly hair. Well my Grandma lost her curly hair when she was really sick as a little girl. But I think we found out where it is coming from! It just amazes me how we can go through out the day and have the curls get tighter and tighter as the hours go by!
We love this little girl so much! She brings so much joy and happiness into our lives. She keeps us all on our toes while she talks all day long, but we love it! For those of you who know Carson well, know he isn't the biggest talker. Well he says it is my fault that we have three kids that talk a lot, but he is pretty okay with it because he has learned to talk a lot more because he can see how much closer it makes his relationship with his kids. Carson even tried to paint Olivia's fingernails and toenails the other night while I was at work. He got a little chair for her to sit on and a stool for him to sit on, but she freaked out I said mommy does it. So the next day she went and got the chair, stool, and fingernail polish for me to do. She must have thought her dad had a pretty good idea with the chair and stool, but didn't think he was cool enough to paint her toenails.
I am so grateful for each on of my children's personalities, they bring so many different aspects of life into our home. I honestly feel like I am one lucky wife and mommy!
{Things that I am remembering about Olivia, that I just don't want to forget!}
*She loves purses or anything that resembles a purse (gift bag, a box with a string, etc)
*Her daddy has nicknamed her his little Stink Bug!
Olivia we love you so much!!!!

This year when I got home from work Carson and I got the kids' presents ready. We made a rose petal trail from the bedrooms to the family room where they could find all of there things. Alec was the first person to wake up, he was so excited! When Marcus woke up I could here him telling Alec, wow this is just like Christmas (not really but we will let them think what they want to!). Olivia just that it was great and as really enjoyed her movie!!! That night for dinner Carson and the kids had a heart pizza, they thought it was awesome!
The next day we were able to go celebrate my Grandpa Simmons' birthday with my Simmons family. We had a wonderful time being able to visit with everyone, we just don't see those guys often enough! All three of the kids had so much fun running around playing with all of the cousins, it is honestly amazing that Olivia is big enough to run around with the rest of the kids!
We hope you guys all enjoyed your Valentines Holiday. Our little family couldn't have had a better one, it was great!

You can't see very well, but Olivia was very determined to put her coat on all by herself after her dad's basketball game. The hood is a the bottom, but she couldn't have been more proud! I also loved this picture because look what a good Daddy Carson is carrying out Olivia's baby in her carseat!
