Our good friends, the Yeates, told us about this cool (free) concert series that Deseret Book is putting on this summer in Orem. Every Friday in July and August they have someone come perform by the Deseret Book at the University Mall. This (last) week was Jericho Road. I remember listening to their first CD back in or before high school. DANG. It was so fun to just sit with friends and listen to good music. The video I posted isn't very good quality, but you get the idea.

Also, before the concert we were able to have dinner with our old neighbors and good friends the Jacksons. We love getting together with them to chat and enjoy the good ol' days (memories) of eating otter pops on the grass in front of our apartments (i.e. enjoy AC in their condo). Here was the BBQ. I didn't take any pictures of people or their cute daughter, Lyla; I'm not brilliant.
