Pure F*ckery: Oh, So You Thought The Lady Was Dead, So You Raped Her?

Hello? Damn, R. Kelly, is that you? Not sure if it is, but bruh is looking bad-den-a-mugg! Nah, dude does look like R. Kelly when he was in court wearing that orange jumpsuit, but it's not him though. I don't know, but that might be a good thing considering what dude in the pic above did this week. But then again, R. Kelly is on tour across the country these days, so somebody better check to see if he anywhere near Kansas City last Wednesday. We all know how he's into freaky shit, so anything is possible, right?
Prosecutors have accused a 48-year-old man of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman on a sidewalk in broad daylight Wednesday and later telling police, “I thought that lady was dead.”

Jackson County prosecutors charged Melvin L. Jackson of Kansas City with a felony count of sexual assault in connection with the 11:30 a.m. attack in the 3400 block of Troost Avenue.

The victim told police she felt lightheaded while walking, so she found a shady area and sat down. She later lost consciousness and awoke to a witness yelling, “Help her! Get up off of her!”

The victim said she didn’t remember being assaulted, but she noticed her underwear had been removed.

A witness flagged down a nearby police car, and an officer arrested Jackson, who was walking down the street with his pants unzipped, according to court records. When the officer asked Jackson about his pants, Jackson allegedly said he touched “a lady’s leg” and “I thought that lady was dead.”

The witness told police she saw Jackson having sexual intercourse with the victim, who was in the fetal position, after another witness brought the assault to her attention, according to court records.

When police tried to interview Jackson, he allegedly blurted, “Did that lady say I did something to her?” He later said, “I have the right to remain silent,” according to court records. (source)
This is crzy as hell; and obviously, dude has issues. I mean I've seen some people do some crazy shit in the streets in my day. But to just walk up on some random sleeping woman, take off her draws, and have sex with her? In broad daylight? Because you thought she was dead? Clearly this cat was no EMT, nor mortician; and that my friends, maybe a good thing. Here's to hoping somebody sprinkles him with Holy water before he returns to society.  At least he knew that he had the right to remain silent - pretty smart dude, no?

Pure F*ckery: Man "Acidentally" Rapes 10-Year-Old Deaf Girl, & Another Dies While Raping 77-Year-Old Elderly Woman

Just last night while watching Law & Order: SVU with Mrs. RiPPa I mentioned that I couldn't be a cop investigating rape cases. I told her that if I was I'd probably lose my job for kicking the asses of the perps I encountered or arrested. And then today of all days, I get the following stories in my inbox. This first one right here? Man do I want to fuck this dude up. Yeah, you "accidentally" raped a 10-year-old girl, dude?

No seriously, this is the story you're sticking with?

Now how in the blue hell do you not know that you're having sex with a 10-year-old child? Seriously, Tristian; how in the world can you explain this to a jury. I don't know how but I'd love to be the fly on the wall in the courtroom on that day. Hopefully this ass wipe saves the tax payers their money and pleads guilty. Anything else would be not only an insult, but a waste of time, energy, and money. And speaking of justice, check out what happened down in Texas:
REFUGIO, Texas - Investigators say a man died while in the act of raping an elderly South Texas woman.

The Refugio County Sheriff's Office identified the man as 53-year-old Isabel Chavelo Gutierrez.

Sheriff's Sgt. Gary Wright said the incident happened June 2 after he rode two miles by bicycle from his home to that of his 77-year-old victim in the tiny coastal community of Tivoli.

He said the 5-feet-7-inches tall, 230-to-250 pound man sneaked into the woman's house and raped her at knife point. During the attack, he said he wasn't feeling well, rolled over and died.

His body was sent to the Nueces County medical examiner in Corpus Christi for autopsy.

Gutierrez was a registered sexual offender on parole from a sentence for aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child. (source)
Now that's some poetic justice for that ass! Too bad for the victim this turd didn't croak once he hopped off of his bike. And yes his death is no consolation to her; but at least she can find solace and comfort in knowing that he will never be able to do what he did to her, to anyone ever again.

The Other Raping in the Congo are Natural Resources & Minerals

by Eco.Soul.Intellectual

Copper and Cobalt. It is in every cell phone you used, and if you have a mobile device of any kind then you contribute to the current civil war destabilizing the Democratic Republic of Congo that has left 100,000s of women, girls and boys traumatized from a war culture in which they have been subjected to rape.

The conflict in the Congo is about the control of its opulent natural resources and minerals. Some call it the "Cell Phone War," and the re-colonialization of Africa to others.

It is not just cell phones, but it is a fact that half of the products in your house have a raw material from Africa; especially if it is "Made in China" because China is the #1 trader with Africa.

Lemme give you an example. In 2008, the Congolese government agreed to a trading deal with China in which it would ship 10.6 billion tons of copper and 626,000 tons of cobalt. To harvest these natural resources not only are bodies used, but the removal of people from land is necessary, and the fight of over who gets the profits has been a huge contention.

Women, girls and boys are fodder for a war where the real players have never set a baby toe on any African soil.

With a GDP that totals $13.1 billion, Bill Gates can buy this country by the second round of golf on lazy summer morning in Georgia.

Let me restate that, the whole country of the Congo supplies every cell phone in the world, but grosses $13. 1 billion a year.

The Worst Place for a Woman is in the Company of Powerful, Wealthy, White Men

by Eco.Soul.Intellectual
Ever heard of Margie D. Schoedinger? Probably not.

I really wish I had a photo of Schoedinger, but it seems that there has been a total white out of her existence since the 2002 lawsuit against George W. Bush alleging that he (and members who claimed to be FBI agents) abducted, drugged, raped and carried out other bodily harm upon her and her husband numerous times.

The Sugar Land-based (Houston suburb) Shoedinger also said she dated Bush as a minor and alleged that she miscarried the child she carried for him during one of the incidents of abuse.

Click here for an interesting story by Jackson Thoreau who interviewed Schoedinger shortly before she died of a gunshot wound to the head.

Schoedinger was reported to have committed suicide on December 13, 2003, and the only paper to cover her death was modest, black local paper in London. WTF?

Though the New Nation gave the wrong date in her death, the information re-opens discourse around the privileges of wealthy, white powerful men. As in the case of Dominique Strauss-Kahn, French-head of the International Monetary Fund, who is being charged for raping a hotel maid in Manhattan.

According to reports, Strauss-Kahn had a reputation for being a "Lady's Man" which is another word for pussy hound. However, for Strauss-Kahn to be outted on this incident means that this is not a singular incident or extraordinary circumstances.

He more so than likely has raped before.

And like clockwork, a second woman has come forward with the same allegations.

The London Evening Standard of the UK reports the following:
Tristane Banon, a 31-year-old god-daughter of Strauss-Kahn's second  wife Brigitte Guillemette, has come forward to claim he attacked her  almost a decade ago.

Ms Banon will now tell French detectives  about the alleged attempted rape, she claimed to have taken  place at a  Paris studio flat in 2002.  Strauss-Kahn is alleged to have lured the  then 21-year-old trainee journalist to the property under the promise of  an interview, and then started to rip her clothes off.    Click here for more of the story.
Now I'm wondering exactly why the powers that be are making such a fuss of someone in which they knew his habits all too well.

Is it possibly what is going on in the former French colony, the Congo? This sudden concern of women being raped in the Congo when that region of the world is teeming in unspoilt land and natural resources, has one wondering exactly why these reports become salient in the news when there have been a flood of documentaries and special reports on this very same issue.

But let me not deviate too much, the issue I am exploring are the exemptions that men-in-real-power have been getting for eons. And I say this because I have seen it with my eyes and had to chin check a state representative years ago while working in Tallahassee when he felt me up after pulling me to a corner.

Sexual predators are not just in the Congo, that is small beans. They serve in very high places. Someone needs to tell Ashlye Judd that the real rape culture is in politics.

WOMAN WHO SUED BUSH IS FOUND DEAD
by Orantes Moore
New Nation
Monday 8th December 2003
A black woman who claimed to have been         raped by US President George W Bush and was planning to take him to         court has died of a gun shot wound to the head.
LAST FRIDAY (December 12), Margie  Schoedinger, 38, was pronounced dead as a result of a 'gunshot wound to  the head'. The death was officially registered as 'suicide' by the  Harris County Examiner's Office.

As reported exclusively by New Nation in July, Schoedinger of  Sugar Land, Texas, had filed a lawsuit against President Bush (a former  Governor of Texas) in December 2002 accusing him of a series of  'individual sex crimes' against her and her husband.

In the amazing seven- page document, filed at Fort Bend County  Court in Texas, Schoedinger claimed that Bush had abducted, drugged,  raped and beat her.

She also suggested that she 'dated George W Bush as a minor',  and the President may have been the father of a child she miscarried  following the alleged rape.

Schoedinger said she had filed the lawsuit on December 3, 2002  and although court documents filed on the following day mention Bush and  offer him 20 days to respond or appear in Fort Bend, it is still  unclear whether the President was ever served with the suit.

Schoedinger was attempting to claim US$1 million in actual  damages, plus US$49 million for punitive damages including emotional  distress and loss of freedom.

Speaking earlier this year to American journalist Jackson  Thoreau, Schoedinger  said  that the President had personally contacted  her to say that he wanted her dead, but could trust no one to carry out  the crime.

The Worst Place in the World to Be a Woman

No, it's not a rap video set or Cleveland, Texas, although I'm sure that those places definitely make it to the list.  No, this unfortunate and tragic distinction goes to the Congo, where women are brutalized and raped at an alarmingly high, and unacceptable rate.
DAKAR, Senegal (AP) -- The African nation of Congo has been called the worst place on earth to be a woman. A new study released Wednesday shows that it's even worse than previously thought: 1,152 women are raped every day, a rate equal to 48 per hour.

That rate is 26 times more than the previous estimate of 16,000 rapes reported in one year by the United Nations.
(via The Grio)

The woman in the picture above was raped in 2003 by soldier who killed her husband and her two children.  My heart couldn't break anymore for her if it wanted to.

I've been following the crisis in the Congo for several years now, and have tried to bring attention to it in my circle.  I want to do more, but don't know where to begin.  It's like trying to climb Mount Everest.  It certainly would help if we paid more attention to this crisis, but it seems like the world, like it did with Rwanda, has turned its back on the women of Congo.

Do we really need to explain why?  This is an African country.  Pervasive ideas about African countries run deep and long.  In one way, it seems like because the Western world believes that corruption and degeneracy are synonymous with Africa, they are prepared to do nothing.  Yet, these are women.  And our backs are still turned.

If this were a European country, would this still be going on?  Would the daily rape of over a thousand women and girls be ignored if this were Germany or even a poorer European country?  Would we ignore it if this were happening in Beverly Hills?

News about the situation in the Congo is a minor blip on a ticker at best.  It is largely ignored.  The message is clear to these women, though.  For the most part, no one gives a damn that this depravity, this assault on the innocent is going on in Africa.  These women have the misfortune of not only living in the Congo, but being born black and in poverty.  They have three strikes against them, and yet we are prepared to do nothing.  What's equally frustrating is the feminist establishment is not speaking up about this enough, as they are more preoccupied only with domestic problems.  However, the power of feminists and womanists also lies in their ability to act outside of problems "at home" but to be activists for women all over the world.

We have the power as people of color to bring attention to this crisis.  We can call our representatives and ask for whatever assistance possible.  We can even call Hillary Clinton.  I know I've called before, specifically regarding the situation in the Sudan.

Imagine that every woman in your life was or would be raped today or tomorrow, maybe several days, or even several months.  Would you sit back and watch if you had the power to do something?

"Fallen" Soldiers: Unsolved Death Cases of Black Women in the Military

by Eco.Soul.Intellectual
As I was looking up black women in the military who have fallen I began to notice a trend. Not every woman has "fallen" in the sense of valor as may we may associate with soldiers. In the two dozen that I have discovered, a disproportionate amount have died in non-combat circumstances.

This got my conspiracy nose to twitching. "Is this another case of those who serve and protect, but are not being protected?" I asked. And yep, my gut was right in some instances.

The military sounds good and may look good in the commercials, but it is a very hard profession and one that trains ordinary folk into killers. And many times, the soldiers kill their own. And in many instances, the women who are in the military are the first target before any enemy.

As one who studies gender, I remember a professor giving out an article regarding the high percentage of rapes against female soldiers. And the culture of violence that permits and silences rapes and other acts of violence.

Then I ran across this news clip of one solder who died in a non-combat case. Her name is LaVena Johnson. She was only 19-years-old at the time. Her parents declare that her death was a murder, and not a suicide as the military documents point out.

Then I found another video of Seaman Genesia Gresham who was shot in her bunk along with her roomate. The shooter is still an active Seaman.

Then I read a clip of a Cherie L. Morton whose body was found in her off-base house in 2008. Her death is still under investigation. That means she was murdered.

Goddamn America, even when we are fighting for you, we get violated.

I wanted to highlight the black women who have fallen because these are human beings with lives other than a death certificate and a body bag. And my initial conjecture is that some of their deaths were hidden.

One day the truth will set their souls free. Check out this list after these videos.

11,12,13: Fast Ass Little Girls

I am 11 years old and my Dad just got me exactly what I asked for as my birthday gift. I carry my Mongoose dirt bike through our railroad apartment, past my sleeping mother, down creaky stairs and out of the heavy self slamming front door that leads to Monticello Ave. The evening air feels wonderful against my skin as I ride up and down the surrounding blocks for no other reason than sheer boredom. I suffer from insomnia but back then I just called it boredom.

Some nights I have a riding buddy. He is some neighborhood boy who sometimes rides along side of me when he sees me out with my dirt bike late at night. We don’t speak, rather he chases me through the streets as I speed forward, bunny hop and make sharp turns up and down the grid blocks of Jersey City. I don’t know his name but I see him often enough to know he had seen me in my private school uniform which should give away the fact that I am in grammar school. He asks me to come outside without my bike. Sneaking out of the house is even less complicated without my bike and so I did, and after several conversations on the corner of Reed Street I don’t hesitate to walk a few blocks away from home at his urging. One day he tells me he has a surprise for me. My curiosity gets the best of me and I follow him. He had given me a skate key a few nights before though I didn’t know how to skate. He promised me that he would take me skating and teach me one day.

I follow him through the side streets to an abandoned school that I had attended for kindergarten, maybe the familiarity of the building was one reason I let him coax me into following him up to the auditorium. It didn’t seem dangerous or wrong to be going into the building since abandoned buildings are just as common in Jersey City as buildings are that aren’t abandoned. People live and hang out in both according to my limited life understanding.

Victim Blaming in Cleveland, Texas Gang Rape of 11 Year Old...

by Joanna

An 11- year old girl in Cleveland, TX was gang raped by up to 28 men over the Thanksgiving holiday, and now, she is the one coming under attack in her community and in the media.
The assaults happened Nov. 28 after a 19-year-old with prior drug convictions persuaded the young girl to leave her house and go "riding around" with him and two other young men, according to a Cleveland police officer's sworn statement.
They first went to the blue house, where she was ordered to disrobe. If she refused, the statement said, she was warned other girls would beat her up and she would never get a ride back home.
Soon she was having sex with multiple young men there, the statement said. Someone used a phone to invite four more men, who soon arrived.
Not long afterward, the group fled through a back window when they heard a relative of one of the teens arriving at the blue house. The 11-year-old left behind her bra and panties as the group moved to the nearby abandoned trailer, where the assaults continued. As the men had sex with the girl, others used their cell phones to take photographs and video, police said.

Over the next two days, the recordings went viral around school. One student who recognized the girl and several of the young men, including star athletes, in the videos, alerted school authorities and triggered the investigation. SOURCE

Having sex with an eleven year old is WRONG. I do not care if she “asked for it”. I do not care if she has had sex partners previously. I don’t care if she “looks like she is grown”. I don’t care if she is “fast”. She is eleven, and if a teenage boy or a grown ass man has sex with her, he is a rapist and a child molester. There is a reason that a child is not able, according to the law, to consent to participate in sexual activities. A child’s mind is not capable of using the same decision making process as an adult.

This story is about a little girl who was raped by up to 28 teen boys and grown men. Yet, the members of her local community AND the media seem to want to make this story more about what SHE and her parents supposedly did wrong.

CLEVELAND - All Maria wanted was to see her 11-year-old daughter.

Weeks ago, the girl had been hushed away to a "safe house" for her own protection - after the phone calls started, and the disturbing, sexually explicit videos began surfacing in this town of 9,000 about 50 miles north of downtown Houston.

Seventeen men and boys, including a middle school student and adults in their 20s, have been charged with sexually assaulting Maria's daughter, a sixth-grader, in a dingy trailer. That number could grow to 28.

Last week, while hospitalized for an illness, Maria finally received a brief visit from the girl.

"My daughter was crying and crying and hugging on me," Maria said. "She didn't want to leave. She misses her family and wants to come home."

But the family's tiny gray wooden home off a long, dark forested road on the outskirts of town is no longer considered safe for the 11-year-old. Child Protective Services put the girl in a foster home for her protection and restricted her family from even speaking to her, the family said.

Local officials say the attack has devastated this close-knit community, leaving many to wonder who will be charged next. There's talk that a star athlete at Cleveland High School was seen sexually assaulting the girl on the video. The son of a local school board member is involved, too.

Someone has been making phone calls to Maria's house. Police fear they're coming from people seeking retribution.

"They keep calling and asking for her," said Maria, whose last name is not being printed to protect her daughter's identity. "They don't believe me when I say she's not here and cuss us out. They're trying to find her. This is the time when she needs us the most." SOURCE

Sorry, it's not Rape if you "Invite" it by Dressing Provocatively, So Says Judge

You know, I've never been to Canada; but, it being one of the fifty states in America, when it comes to rape, like everywhere else, the victim gets blamed in the court of public opinion. A woman gets raped and the automatic assumption is that, well, she was asking for it. Yeah, you know, she should have known better than to walk down a dark alley at 2am with her breasts exposed stopping every ten paces to bend over and spread her butt-cheeks. Yep, Canada like every other state is the same when it comes to rape - blaming the victim is expected:
A convicted rapist will not go to jail because a Manitoba judge says the victim sent signals that "sex was in the air" through her suggestive attire and flirtatious conduct on the night of the attack.

Kenneth Rhodes was given a two-year conditional sentence last week which allows him to remain free in the community, in a decision likely to trigger strong debate. The Crown wanted at least three years behind bars.

Queen's Bench Justice Robert Dewar called Rhodes a "clumsy Don Juan" who may have misunderstood what the victim wanted when he forced intercourse along a darkened highway outside Thompson in 2006.

Rhodes and a friend met the 26-year-old woman and her girlfriend earlier that night outside a bar under what the judge called "inviting circumstances." Dewar specifically noted the women were wearing tube tops with no bra, high heels and plenty of makeup.

Pure F*ckery: 40-Year-Old Woman Caught Naked in 16-Year-Old Boy's Closet by Mother

Um, so yeah; I'm sure you're wondering if that's her in the pic, right? Well, I hate to break it to you, but yes it is. I mean, not every woman can look like Halle Berry, wear as occasional wig, or even those horrible lace-fronts, right? Of course not. And yes I know that what she did was sick and how she looks doesn't matter. But dammit I can't help it; shit, I'm a man and I have questions. Hell, I was sixteen and horny once; but, having sex with an older woman with a part in her head the size of the Red Sea wasn't a fantasy:
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A 40-year old woman is facing rape charges after being caught naked inside a closet with a 16-year old teen.

In Brief:
Mary Magdalene Collier was caught naked inside 16-year old boy’s closet.

Both Collier and 16-year old admitted to sexual relationship.

16-year old's mother found them inside closet and filed complaint.
According to an affidavit, 40-year old Mary Magdalene Collier was arrested for aggravated statutory rape after the teen’s mother discovered they were having a sexual relationship.

Both the 16-year old and Collier admitted to having an on going sexual relationship since January of 2011.

The teen’s mother called police after unexpectedly returning home and finding her son partial naked and Collier completely naked inside her son’s closet.

Collier is still behind bars at Shelby County's Jail East and currently has a $50,000 bond. Her next court date is March 3rd. (source)
Ok, OK, Ok... aside from looking like the love child of Mike Tyson and "Uncle Phil" from The Fresh Prince of Bel Aire, what's kind of ironic, is that her friggin name is Mary Magdelene. You know, the chick who was rumored to be an ex-prostitute turned lover of Jesus Christ in the Bible? Yeah, that Mary; not the virgin one. Which if you really think about it, maybe she was "witnessing" to the kid and trynna get some peen on the sneak tip, like some preachers do.

But then again, maybe she's doing an R. Kelly remix...

QUESTION: How do you see this "relationship" coming about?

No Justice for Recy Taylor & Other Black Women Savagely Raped by White Men

Last week the PR people for a new show on one of my favorite channels, Discovery ID (Investigative Discovery, sent me an email. They wanted to know if I'd be interested in an early screening of their new show Injustice Files. The show has since premiered, and it airs on Friday nights at 9PM EST. The show centers on unsolved civil rights-era crimes against people of color; a Cold Case Files for Negroes if you will. And, can you imagine how many such cases exist?
(Pasadena, CA) - In February 2007, the FBI officially launched a new investigative effort called the Civil Rights-Era Cold Case Initiative, which was tasked with taking a fresh look at racially-motivated homicide investigations that occurred prior to 1970.  Since then, over 100 cold cases have been identified for this initiative as the FBI partnered with local and state authorities, the NAACP, the Southern Poverty Law Center and the National Urban League to help investigate these aging unsolved cases and bring justice to the victims' families.  In an effort to bring attention to these important investigations, Investigation Discovery teamed with critically-acclaimed documentary filmmaker Keith Beauchamp, producer of The Untold Story of Emmett Louis Till, and CBS EYE Productions to showcase three cases included in the FBI's Civil Rights-Era Cold Case Initiative.  In commemoration of Black History Month, Investigation Discovery launches THE INJUSTICE FILES... (source)
Ironically, my man Field Negro reached out to me over the weekend with info on a civil rights-era case that is still unsolved involving 90-year-old Recy Taylor. Taylor was a victim of a crime that many Black women were victims to then, that is never talked about. Of course this being Black History Month, if we're gonna talk about the advances and laud accomplishments of many who came before us. In my opinion, it's only right that we never forget the women permanently scarred like Ms. Taylor; women who were victims of rape:
ATLANTA (AP) -- Years before Rosa Parks fought for justice from her seat on a Montgomery bus, she fought for Recy Taylor.

Parks was an NAACP activist crisscrossing Alabama in 1944 when she came across the case of Taylor, a 24-year-old wife and mother who was brutally gang raped and dumped on the side of a rural road. Taylor survived only to watch two all-white, all-male grand juries decline to indict the six white men who admitted to authorities that they assaulted her.

Taylor was one of many black women attacked by white men during an era in which sexual assault was used to informally enforce Jim Crow segregation. Their pain galvanized an anti-rape crusade that ultimately took a back seat to the push to dismantle officially sanctioned separation of the races, and slowly faded from the headlines.

The Lying Nun: Mary Turcotte Recants Accusation of Rape by Black Man

by JuJuBe (Joanna)

Yet another case of a white woman blaming a phantom Black man for a crime that never happened is making the rounds on the internet this week. This time it involves a nun from Brooklyn who made rape accusations against a non-existent Black man to cover up a sexual affair she had with a man who worked at a local store.
A Brooklyn nun from a fringe Christian sect has confessed to an unholy lie: telling cops she was sexually attacked and left unconscious in a snowbank, sources said Monday.

After a police search for a hulking black man was launched, the 26-year-old white woman from the Apostles of Infinite Love convent in East Flatbush recanted, the sources said.

She told cops she made up the story in an attempt to cover up a consensual sex romp with a bodega worker inside the Glenwood Ave. residence.

A woman in religious garb who answered the door at the convent said the nun, identified as Mary Turcotte, suffered an "emotional break" and made everything up - even her excuse.

"Nothing happened, none of it," said the woman, who declined to give her name.

"It was all proven to be false. It wasn't her fault. She is going to move out and we are going to get her some help."

The convent appears to be linked to a Canadian-based religious order founded in the 1960s by a defrocked Catholic priest who ordained himself Pope.

Police Sketch of said Rapist
Turcotte claimed she was headed there the night of Jan. 22 when a thug ambushed her, choked her until she passed out and dragged her - in her habit - eight blocks.

She said she awoke in the snow with her underwear down and her breasts exposed. She said she was treated at a hospital and sought counsel from her Mother Superior.

Police were informed of the rape last Thursday, and put out an alert asking for the public's help in finding a suspect - described as black, 40 to 50 years old, 6-feet-4 and up to 250 pounds.

Cops released a sketch, but they were skeptical someone could have dragged or carried a woman in nun's gear through the streets without drawing notice.

When a penitent Turcotte recanted, her excuse was that she needed a story to cover up a real sexual encounter: bedding a shop worker she sneaked into the convent through the back door, sources said. Police have not charged her with any crime. (source)
Now, aside from the fact that this was yet another baseless accusation against a Black man by a white woman, there is something I notice immediately about this article. Notice the words used to describe the Black suspect WHO DOES NOT EXIST as opposed to those used to describe the REAL criminal, the woman who made these false accusations.

If You Think "She Was Asking For It," You Might Be A Potential Rapist

I've had a penis now for, oh, a little over 40yrs now. And I've come to realize that having one of those things grants you certain privileges that for the most part aren't recognized by fellow penis possessors.

For example, having a penis leaves one oblivious to many of the things women - or, people with vaginas - are subjected to at the hands of men. For all intents and purposes of this post, let's discuss this, shall we?

Recently, the newest contributor of our blog team, Tracy Renee Jones, dropped an awesome piece that highlighted the abuse women deal with daily in the form of unwanted sexual advances from men.

It's an awesome piece, and if you missed it, you really should check it out [read]. Ironically, her post was written on the week that there was much discussion on the female sports reporter being sexually harassed in the New York Jets locker room.

Now if you haven't heard, about a week or so ago, Mexican sports reporter Inez Sainz was at the center of much discussion after it was brought to the attention of the NFL and the New York Jets front office, that several players and staff acted inappropriately towards her while she attempted to do her job of interviewing rising star Mexican quarterback, Mark Sanchez [read here].

Well, not to really belabor a point or anything, but when it was all said and done, and the story broke with pics of what she was wearing, many in the court of public opinion were quick to suggest that whatever treatment she received, was a product of her unprofessional-ism. To make a long story short, many people were of the opinion that she was "asking for it," by being dressed as a whore in a men's locker room. Look, I like a fat ass like the next guy, but being in the presence of one doesn't give me license to act like a Neanderthal.

There's Nothing Funny About Rape: The Bedroom Intruder Speaks to Antoine Dodson

Listen, I know funny, and this shit right here isn't funny. Matter of fact, attempting to be funny and riding the wave of the Antoine Dodson train is an epic fail in my book. Why in the hell would you pretend to be an attempted rapist? Sorry, but rape in itself is one of the highest of violations of one's human rights. Yes I and a several million people laughed at/with Antoine Dodson and the now famous viral video from which his family now benefits. But, err, sorry dude, I don't see anyone auto-tuning or laughing at you in the future.

Further, checkout and see how Kelly feels about the attack:

Slave Catcher Of The Week: Whoopi Goldberg Defending Mel Gibson's Racism

Ok y'all, so I realize I haven't done one of these posts in a while - what can I say, Negroes have been on their best behavior. I also know that I have yet to personally weigh in on the subject that is Mel Gibson and his racist rant - I keep getting emails from people asking me to give my take on it, but up until now I've refused.

I mean it's Mel Gibson; that fool ain't been right ever since The Passion of the Christ! I expect turds to fall out of his mouth at any given time. But today, I can no longer be silent. Nope, just when I thought black people have been on their best behavior, in comes Whoopi Goldberg to completely fuck everything up for us:

OK, so by now you know the story and how recorded conversations between Mel Gibson are being leaked all over the internet. Yes, and I'm sure you know that according to Mel Gibson, niggers run around in packs raping women. Yeah, it doesn't matter that 52% of imprisoned rapists happens to be white; blacks get away with it I suppose.

My question to Whoopi, I mean, since she's a friend of Mel and all, and he's obviously not racist, is just how many niggers does a pack actually make? I mean does a pack of niggers constitute a group of three or more? I mean what exactly is the cut off? Better yet, just how many women do they rape daily?

I mean inquiring minds would like to know... because I'm sure her and Mel discussed this sort of thing at her house. I mean I'm curious because, well, this isn't the first time she has felt the need to be a Negro apologist. She defended Ted Danson's blackface schtick at the Friars Club remember that?

Hell, Ted Danson was so much of a friend that she was sleeping with him. Then recently, she donned her slave-catching net once again by defending child rapist Roman Polanski; you know, the guy who  left the country to duck charges for child rape only to be caught recently somewhere in Europe. Yeah, she said, "it wasn't rape-rape."

So yeah, maybe I'm wrong about Whoopi especially when it comes to her defense of Mel Gibson. Yep, maybe Mel Gibson isn't racist because Whoopi doesn't have to worry about being raped by a pack of niggers because she looks like a man. Surely if she dressed like Mel's ex, she would have a problem, right?

Yep, maybe Mel's just a nice guy and we're all wrong about him; maybe he's not a raging drunk misogynist woman beater. Shit maybe the people I personally know who were friends of mine sitting in prison for drug trafficking aren't really drug dealers. I dunno, but this shit is too much to think about as hot as it is out here.

There's no way Mel is racist; hell, if Whoopi can make a conscious (and successful) effort to remove the word "nigger" from her act as she has. Surely she would know who is and isn't racist when they use the word, right?

NOTE: My sincere apologies to the ugly man-like looking women for this one.

LT's alleged rape victim speaks: So who's worse, Lawrence Taylor, or the pimp?

One of my good friends called me from up north this morning. And, for about the third time in the last few days, he tried to feed me that "Lawrence Taylor was setup," bullshit. I guess I was supposed to say "Yeah son, they definitely are trying to take that n*gga down, yo... yeah, dude was setup... how they just gonna throw some 16yr old coochie all up in a n*ggas face like that, and expect him to turn that shit down, right?" Yeah, according to my boy, the fact that Taylor admitted paying $300 for sex didn't mean anything.

I'ono, my man has had some recent run-ins with the law, so I guess he's just straight up on some f*ck the police shit; even though it wasn't like the police went out of their way to pour him a few drinks, only to arrest him for a DUI a few hours later. After we kicked in on the phone, and me schooling him to the culpability of the pimp in this case. I felt compelled to shine some light on that low life muthaf*cka on this blog post tonight. See the thing is, everybody is focused on the celebrity ex-footbal player in this case; and not half as much on the victim, or even the rat bastard pimp, Rasheed Davis:

An HIV-positive pedophile is set to be released from prison. It is almost certain that he will re-offend. But what can we do?

Let me take a second to set up this scenario.  Let’s say you have teenage daughter.  She’s about fifteen or sixteen.  Now, your daughter is generally a good girl, a nice, pleasant young lady, but she’s working through a few emotional and self-esteem issues as adolescents are wont to do.

In helping your daughter through her issues, you find yourself tired and exasperated, but then it gets worse.  Your teenage daughter is diagnosed HIV-positive, and on top of that, you find that she exposed herself to the virus through unprotected sex with an adult who knew he was carrying the virus at the time of the affair.  How do you feel?  What do you do?

That’s a shameful narrative;  however, the most shameful aspect of this narrative is the fact that I did not make this up.  It’s true.

After police arrested Nushawn Williams on a crack cocaine charge in 1997, he admitted to police that he had had unprotected sex with perhaps 300-400 women, and continued to have unprotected sex even after finding out about his HIV-positive status in 1996.  [See a 1997 Newsweek article on the case.]

At least twenty-four HIV cases could be traced directly back to Williams though police state that the number could be much higher;  no one really knows.  The age range of the victims is wide;  however, most were teenagers, and at least six young women were impregnated by Williams.

Now, Williams is set to be released from jail after serving the maximum twelve years.  Or at least, he was about to before New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo moved to block him from being released under the authority of a New York state statue that allows the civil confinement of sex offenders.

According to the Cuomo’s office, Williams suffers from a mental abnormality that prevents him from realizing the depravity of his actions and almost guarantees he’ll repeat the same behavior when released.  However, there is no guarantee that Cuomo will be successful in keeping Williams off the streets, and because he has served his time, there is a chance he may be released.

But this is a problem the courts are actively dealing with.  It has been proven that sex offenders, especially pedophiles, are usually repeat offenders.  But once they have served their time in prison, once they can no longer be held, just what is to be done with them knowing that they more than likely will simply find other victims and continue until they are caught again.

Nushawn Williams’ case is more pressing because of the virus he carries;  the consequences of sexual contact with him may be much more than just psychological.  But what can we do?

What can we do or what should we do with people like Williams?  Is it fair to hold a person far beyond the end of their sentence?  Should we release them even though we know that are likely to offend again?

A Pope We Can "Count On?"

*Disclaimer: If any of you are Catholic, I beg you not to take umbrage.  I don't have a filter when discussing fuckery.

You know for the last few weeks I've been really irritated everytime that damned "Catholics come home" commercial comes on.  You know the one where these folks talk about how all of a sudden they went from non-practicing to practicing Catholics and how enriched they are spiritually now that they are back.

It irritates me because it's almost condescending considering the pickle the Catholic church and the Pope have found themselves in again.

And you would think there would be some humility, some understanding, some empathy given the news that over 200 boys were molested across the globe in addition to previous cases.

Instead the Church's pitbulls are out in full effect; ego in full effect.  *In best Cartman voice* "Whatevah!  Ah do what ah want!"

The Vatican has taken off the gloves in its response to media reports alleging the pope mishandled a series of abuse cases before he was elected.

It launched a frontal attack on the New York Times on Wednesday night by posting a long statement on its Web Site by Cardinal William J. Levada, who succeeded the pope as head of the Vatican's doctrinal department.

Levada asked the newspaper "to reconsider its attack mode about Pope Benedict XVI and give the world a more balanced view of a leader it can and should count on".

The Vatican has denied any cover-up over the abuse of 200 deaf boys in the United States by Reverend Lawrence Murphy from 1950 to 1974. The New York Times reported the Vatican and Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, now Pope Benedict, were warned about Murphy but he was not defrocked. (Source)
They also argue that because the Pope is a head of state, he cannot be put on the stand to testify.  They are not a "multi-national corporation."

Are they afraid that maybe he'll show his ignorance and complete and total disregard the way he did when he said Africans didn't need condoms (despite the high HIV and AIDS rates on the continent, and the rapes that occur in places like the Congo?)

Isn't this the same guy that was tied to Nazis in World War II?

Can we REALLY expect this man to show any type of care given his track record for really not giving a damn?  What did we expect now?  Humility?

This is not an attack on the foot soldier in the Church, because some of them are truly out-of-the-box thinkers, and they don't always follow the Church's outdate, self-righteous, morally condescening and out of touch doctrines.  I guess I just want to know how much longer before the world as a whole decides to DEMAND that they get their shit together?

I think anyone and everyone who willingly participated in these cover ups and abuses of innocent children should be arrested and tried.  If that means the Pope, so be it.  He is just a man, and God sees him the same way he sees you or me.  The Pope is simply a vessel.  If he fails at his task, he should be punished the same way we would be.  Period.

What are YOUR thoughts on the newest Church scandal?

A Christmas Gift for Shaniya Davis

Hopefully not erased from your memory is the case of 5yr old Shaniya Davis. I discussed her case in a recent post on child prostitution on this blog. With Christmas day being a day that brings out the inner child in us all just around the corner, unfortunately, Shaniya won't be opening any presents this year - Shanyia Davis is dead. However, be that as it may, you can still do something for her and the other millions of innocent children here in America and across the world. And the best thing about it is that it's not going to cost you a dime.

You see folks, child prostitution is a huge problem. Yes, and right now children are being trafficked for sex in American-owned hotels all around the world. But thankfully, a child protection-focused non profit organization, EPCAT-USA, has stepped up to do something about this as it has since 2004. In their attempt to eradicate the problem of child trafficking and prostitution, they have created an EPCAT CODE OF CONDUCT (www.thecode.org). Amanda Kloer of change.org had this to say, and this is where you can help:

"Beginning in  2004, the child protection-focused nonprofit ECPAT-USA has asked major U.S.-based hotel chains to sign the Code of Conduct. Carlson Companies -- owners of Radisson, Country Inn & Suites, and others -- proudly declared their commitment to protecting children. A few others made some positive steps, but ultimately failed to embrace the full range of actions they can and should take. Choice Hotels has not returned correspondence regarding the recent tragedy at one of their hotels or outlined the steps they intend to take to prevent what happened to Shaniya from happening to other girls. Why won't Choice Hotels prevent child prostitution?

The most shocking thing about the pimping of Shaniya Davis for sex at a North Carolina Choice Hotels property is that this is not the first child prostitution scandal the brand has faced. Earlier this year, a 14-year-old girl was reported to have been forced into prostitution at a Quality Inn in Ontario, also owned by Choice. In Pittsburgh, law enforcement agents caught one man trying to buy sex with a 10-year-old girl in the parking lot of another Quality Inn. Given these troublesome incidents, you would think Choice Hotels would want to address this problem before it grows. How many more children must be sold on their properties before they take action?" - (Source: change.org)

If you remember what happened to Shaniya, it was at a North Carolina Comfort Inn Hotel where she was caught on surveillance tape after being sold for sex shortly before she met her demise. Choice Hotels is the parent company that owns Comfort Inn where Shaniya was last seen alive before she met her eventual and unfortunate death as a 5yr old child at the hands of a very sick individual.

Choice Hotels has not signed the EPCAT-USA CODE OF CONDUCT as have very few American owned companies - to date, over 900 companies worldwide has signed in an attempt to stop child prostitution. You can send a letter to Choice Hotels CEO Steve Joyce, urging him to commit to the prevention of child sex trafficking in Choice Hotel owned establishments across the country and worldwide below. One last thing: can you do a huge favor of sharing this information with as much people as you can?

Hoes wit no clothes showin' love, shakin' that ass in the club, n*gga wh'ut (NSFW)

I haven't been to a nightclub in quite some time. The last time I went I vaguely remember what happened and that was 10mths ago. Luckily my wife was with me and I had her and other people watching my back. Nobody ever wants to be drunk dude who gets knocked tha fuck out just because he had a little too much to drink in public, right? But for women, the consumption of alcohol without moderation in the club, bar, or wherever could have some serious consequences. Never mind ones reputation; it can be worse than that.

Like this:

OK, I know women take that panty line shit seriously and at times venture into the wild outdoors without underwear. But did this woman really have to take it to that extreme. And somebody tell me she's not pregnant. Ok, so yeah this may have been a wardrobe malfunction, but dammit this ain't just some Janet Jackson titty falling out. This woman's whole behind and vajay-jay is saying his to the world knowingly!

Yep, and obviously she likes the attention she's getting from the fellas. Which is really sad because I get the feeling that any minute a baby would fall from her crotch as one of them gets her pregnant just from looking. What club is this where this type of thing is allowed? OK, don't answer that because I could imagine the type of things some of you have been witness to.This doesn't look good and I'm afraid that this has the potential to have a bad ending. You know the type where she may have to lie about being raped, or a gang bang gone bad?

Wait, is dude on the right smiling and holding his dick? Seewhumsayin? Uh-huh, and yet people were outraged when a teenager left a high school dance and was raped by a group of guys after she took a swig of an alcoholic beverage. Not making excuses or blaming the victim; just pointing out how stuff goes down. Hopefully she makes it out of this joint unscathed other than being felt up by a few dudes. Which brings us back to the very first picture above of her outside of the club.
