I solemnly swear we are up to no good

Who does this? A Harry Potter MARATHON???
7 movies, 8am to the midnight showing of #7?
Oh, that's right. Those girls on the 4th row are mine. Riiiight.
This is the KSL news pic from this article. Crazy girls.
Unlimited popcorn & soda,
drawings, prizes & T-shirts for the endurers.
They absolutely loved it.
And guess what Miranda planned for her birthday party.
Can you see Aragog hanging in the background
from Jeff's crepe web?
Note the brews of butterbeer & pumpkin juice,
as well as the treacle tarts, every flavor beans,
Romilda's chocolates, rock cakes & licorice wands.
Oh, and pizza. I'm sure Harry would have had pizza
whenever he got the chance.

Miranda sorted her friends into houses, played this life-size HP Monopoly game she made up, and had a Wand challenge (2 teams holding wand, give situation, first person to cast charm or spell wins point). Carlie was the champion "Wiz" with the wand... they kept trading her back & forth on teams, because whatever team she was on kept winning.

I officially have a TEENAGER. I'm so excited for this fun chapter.

Mischief managed.

Admirable, Womanly Strength, Gleaming Seas & Mighty Ruler

Miranda means Admirable. She's in 7th grade this year
and turned THIRTEEN today. Happy birthday, love,
and more on the Harry Potter party she threw yesterday coming.
Carlie means Womanly Strength.
She's in 4th grade and 10 years old.
Great singer, dramatic in all she does,
and a wizard at her HP spell recollection & execution.
Morgan means Gleaming Seas.
He's in 2nd grade, and is 8 years old.
He has a tender heart, a bulldozing hug,
and is fiercely protective & playful with his baby brother.

Derek, Mighty Ruler is in Kindergarten and turns 6 this Friday.
He is such a sunshine boy. He runs out and greets all his friends
on the playground, bounding with energy & affection for everyone.

My goal is to post on this thing more often:
meaning at least once a week. There. I committed.
