Chuck

Way back in November we hinted that Phod was getting a ball replacement for the winter because we just got too much snow to easily find a ball. [So far we have had about 130 cm/51 inches this winter]. Last winter we just stopped playing fetch, but our boy was so sad I couldn't do that again, so we welcomed chuck into our lives.

The first time we took chuck out, Phod would have nothing to do with him. On the other hand, Hailey loved it and for a bit I thought maybe we had something Hailey would fetch consistently. This only happened the first time and now Phod loves his chuck as much as he loves his ball.

Here he is enjoy it!
In this picture you can see that we have broken chuck a little. Don't worry, we have a back up chuck on standby just in case!

I love his running ears!

The box contained . . . . . . .

Some great guesses on what was in the box. We wish Chewy.com delivered to Canada, but they don't:(
We would love to get a squirrel trap to catch us a pet.

The box contained our 3 new puzzle/treat toys.
We are going to give each of them a full review in a couple weeks after we have had time to play with them.
In the mean time here are some pictures of the first time we played with them.

[Note: Hailey was a little nervous with all the new toys - she wasn't sure about them, Zaphod loved them all!]

Play Time - It is MINE - by Lee

As you all know, I won a bunch of special prizes from my good friend Sammy at http://onespoiledcat.wordpress.com for being teacher's pet. Lady has made me share my food treats with Phod and tried to get me to share my tug toy with Phod. This is what happened:

Oh no, in coming.

Phod it is mine. Sammy gave it to me.

Let GO!

I got it.

I am not giving it to you if you stand beside me

I am taking it somewhere else.

Stop chasing me!

Finally I have it all to myself!

Lady let me have some time with it before putting it away. She says she doesn't want me to be destroying it . . . I don't know what she is talking about . . . . .
