Welcome
I have started a blog because everybody else is doing it. (I'm going to jump off a bridge like everybody else after this.) I figure this is a great way for me to tell you things without actually talking to you. Feel free to leave comments so I don't always feel like I'm talking to myself.
With new ward boundaries in place this week, I and many others were called in to see the bishopric Thursday night at the church. (When I arrived, the front doors were locked, so I had to wonder how serious they were about seeing us.)When I left, it was very dark. I walked to my black car, parked out front, and pressed the unlock button on the remote. I heard it clicking, but it wouldn't unlock. This often happens to me -- I will unlock it remotely with the button nearly touching the car, and it won't do it. So I gave up on the remote and stuck the key in the door. It wouldn't work, either. I looked inside the car. It looked like mine, pretty much. So I went back to the sidewalk and looked at the license plate. This wasn't my car. My car was next to this one.
This is just a couple weeks after I took home a knife and fork from the kitchen in the Lee Ward building in South Salt Lake after a birthday party.
