| This past weekend, our family drove down the Coast to spend some time together. Our first stop along the way was in Big Sur, I loved this Inn - it reminded me of Germany. |

| On the drive there, we stopped off at this beach with lots of Elephant Seals. (bad picture, there were more seals than what this shows!) |

| Our next stop was Cayucos. We loved looking at that large "mountain" pictured here. |

| Here we are on the pier, but we couldn't go all the way down...the sign said it was unstable! |

| I wish we could have explored longer. Luckily, we were able to stop off at the Brown Sugar Cookie Company for the most delicious cookies! |

| We stayed at the Embassy Suites in San Luis Obispo. That evening we had a wonderful dinner, where we sat outside on the patio over looking the creek. |

| We had a little time before dinner to check out some of the fun shops in down town San Luis Obispo. |

| Next stop - Hearst Castle. If you look very very very carefully, you can see it on the top of the hill. Our bus had a long, high climb up that mountain! |

| We all loved our visit to this castle - so much so that we wouldn't mind going again for another tour. |
