What We Sent Out This Year

These are the birth announcement and Christmas Card that I designed and sent out this year.

Christmas 2013

We had a good Christmas this year. We had my parents over on Christmas Eve for pizza, games and a little program.

They had a great time opening presents. Once again my presents were all in huge boxes as per Jarrett's normal wrapping.

We later had dinner at my parents and I wish I gotten a better picture of Briggs in his crown

November/December Happenings

Over the course of these months, we watched Briggs grow. Had Grandma Kutanzi here and she helped Ahlyn and Parker build a snowman. I had my first (and hopefully last) kidney stone on Briggs's first month birthday. Did some canadian black friday shopping.We celebrated American Thanksgiving. Had eye appointments, a first for Ashlyn. Mainly we adjusted to life with 4 kids.

Briggs's Blessing

On December 22, 2013 we blessed Briggs in the Lakewood Ward. We were lucky enough to have Tim's family, Richard and Catherine, Nelson Grandparents, Kutanzi Grandparents, Ethan and Tandy come. It was a bit of a crazy day with all three older kids getting sick that evening and the next morning.

Christmas Prep

 

We decorated the tree and everyone put on their ornament they picked out that year.

In case you are wondering, yes Ashlyn is decorating in her underwear

For the 2nd year we went to the Santa's breakfast at Salisbury Greenhouse

 

We rounded out of Christmas prep by attending the kids Christmas concerts

Halloween

Luckily we got the pumpkin carved the day before Briggs was born

Halloween was a little sad this year, I guess that is what happens when your mom has a baby 2 days before. Landon was a ninja turtle wearing his Uncle Richard's old costume, Parker an Angry Bird, Ashlyn a fairy and Briggs a pumpkin. Richard and Catherine were kind enough to come take the kids trick or treating, so Jarrett could hand out candy while I fed Briggs.
