Our new nephew Anderson

What a handsome little guy, all 9 lbs, 2 oz. of him!  He takes the award in our family for the biggest baby and Paige the Great did it all natural!  I took these pictures when he was 4 days new.  What a cutie and we decided he looks a bit like Heath did as a baby, which means he has all kinds of handsome in his future!

Here is the one before we stripped him naked!

The squawking owl, hat made by the talented Val.  Her etsy shop is Val's etsy, Sweet Nothings.  Thanks Val!

and the tired owl…

Speaking of birds, a little finch hit the window during our photo session!  Paige went right out to check its status and picked it right up!  It flew away shortly after.

The picture Paige and Patrick used on their announcement…

Decking the Halls 2010

So the halls are decked and the pictures are taken!  (and edited and now being posted, finally!)  We changed up our Christmas tree tradition this year and went to a nearby Christmas tree farm called Loch Lolly Land.  We joined some other family members there and we all cut down our Christmas trees.

Kyle broke his finger at Out of the World Pizza and here he is doing the next dangerous activity with his braced finger.

What kind of parents give the kid a saw and let him hold it to his neck???

Heath giving his cousin Kate some love…

Did pregnant Paige break the bridge?

Marnae and Grandpa

SSSSAAAANNNNTTTTAAAA!!!!!

I thought this looked kind of old fashioned in B&W

But also liked it in color…

Kids giving Santa the low-down on what they want for Christmas

Heath is really into Santa this year.  He was asking him all about the reindeer and how they fly and if Santa could make the sleigh he was sitting in fly right then.  A very nice,  jolly elf, Santa invited Heath to get back up on his lap for a closer conversation.  Heath was in heaven and wanted to know more about Santa’s beard, etc.

I love how he is so grubby in these

And back at home, our decorated tree…

The bokeh version…

Some of my favorite ornaments…

This picture has ornaments made or used by 4 generations in my family.  My great grandma, grandma, mom, myself, and my kids all made or had ornaments in this picture!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
