Our Grandma Myra

There isn't a better Great Grandma out there. We love Grandma Myra and have been so blessed and lucky to have her in our lives. We had plans 2 years ago to come visit her but then covid shut us down.

We're so grateful that we still got the chance to come see her and spend some time with her. I'll always be thankful for the phone calls we've had, the birthday and holiday cards we get, and knowing we have a grandma that loves us to death. Also so glad my kids got to know her.

She's the best there is on this planet.

Under the Stars

There's not much better than camping with my family, spending time together, all in one tent enjoying nature, s'mores, playing games by the fire, and just getting away from everything other than what's most important in life.

Lights, Camera, Action!

Next stop, Universal Studios! We had a blast today. Not very long lines and a ton of fun together.

We all got to try the famous Harry Potter butterbeer. The Water World stunt show was a hit. We sat in the wet zone and had a perfect view of the plane flying over the wall and coming straight towards us.

Beachin'

Beachin' it up! Jase and I had a long jump contest on the sand. I'm sad (not sad) to say he jumped just as far as I did... Can't believe he's already catching me on things.

Cadillac Ranch

Where else can you go to spray paint cars and get away with it. No jail time for any of us. The kids had a blast writing their names, putting BYU logos, :-) Sunshine's, and really just getting out of the car to break up the trip.

Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon was a little out of the way, but we had to do it. I told the kids this may be our only chance to get up here. When we got there, I'm remembered how incredible it is. Also makes me feel rather small, ha ha. 

So grateful for a loving heavenly father that puts things in place for the sheer beauty of it.

Check that one off the bucket list.

Crazy fun family camping trip!

A little chilly but we survived. We ended up snagging some warmer sleeping bags. Nothing better than hanging with these crazies in a tent.

Disney!!

Got to go to Disney with the kiddos today! So much fun but could have done without the Splash Mountain line. 

Emee ended up going on every ride that we went on. She was so proud of how brave she was today.
