Visit Home

I really haven't been slacking with my blogging. I just don't have much to post. Sean and I finally made it home this past weekend. Unfortunately, I forgot my camera. Which stinks because we had so much fun with all the family and nothing to show for it. We haven't been down since Labor Day, so we tried to see as much family as possible. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for anything else. First stop when we got there was to Renna's, my favorite pizza shop. I only snacked for lunch just to save room!!! I can't find anywhere up here like it!! Then off to Sean's parents' house where the boys had already been for 2 days! Sean's parents came up and stole them for some extra time. We got to tour his cousin's "new" place with her daughter while she was away in Georgia! Would 've been nice to see them, though. Saturday, Sean's other cousin and her family came to visit. Had a real quick stop at his brother's "new" place to see that. Then it was off to the Foxes! Some were in from Cleveland so we were so happy to make it down so we could see them. Sunday was with my family! While we were there my mom gave me these WOnDerFuL gifts for Baby Isabelle!!! She never has spare time anymore to crochet, but she had been sick for a while, so she took advantage of it. I can crochet, but everything she does just seems to be so perfect and even. I just HAD to put pictures of everything up!! Thank you SO much for these mom!! You're the BeSt!!!!

Here is the Christening gown!! I LoVE it!! I can't even imagine the time it took to do this!!

Little layettes!!

I think she did green...just in case!!

And BeAUtIfUL blankets!!!!

It was a GrEAt visit home, but I will say quite exhausting!! It took me until Wednesday to really feel refreshed again!!

Aquarium

Lucas is off school this week. When the schools up here are off, the aquarium has a touch tank session for members. So, of course we had to hit it! We do every time!! The boys really don't get sick of it. They actually pick up something new each time and get braver! This time really was the best time up there. They picked up a horseshoe crab and a lobster!! I am so proud of them! My friend Crescent and her daughter Maia joined us! So fun!! Here is a slide show of them. Enjoy!

Valentine's Day!!

Our friends, the Marchants, hosted a Valentine's Day party this year. It, seriously, was so much fun! There was great food...a Thanksgiving feast! Who says you ONLY can have turkey on Thanksgiving Day? There were games with the best prizes, and great company!! Crescent really outdid herself!! I really need to thank Megan for the pictures. She took all of these and then some. I stole these off her blog.

Here is a picture of everybody there.

This is the prize we won. Whip cream and handcuffs! We won these doing the newly wed game. I really think we were the couple married the longest, so if we had lost, we would've looked bad. The Shaws did give us a serious run for our money, though!!

It looks like we are kissing here, but we are trying to unwrap candy with just our mouths! Another fun game, but we lost! We weren't even close.

...Last but not least, the wonderful hosts!! Great job Crescent and Dave!! Thank you for such a fun time!
