Still no yapping fur Mommy

Thank u everyone fur wishing Mommy well. She survived her week of voice rest but unfortunately has to go on another week of voice rest.

I think that acid reflux monster purposely got a horse that thinks its a stubborn mule in Mommys voice.

Anyway us dogs have been yapping loud enough to compensate fur Mommy having to not speak fur so long.

In good news. Benji learned the hand signal fur "Come".   He understands when its time to go outside to go potty.  Yay Ben!

Here is a picture of me, Lassie, yapping with one of our new neighbors.  He is a Golden Doodle.

I think he is a great great great (87 greats) cousin of our Blogville Mayors Stanley and Murphy.   How cool is that.

Do u see him by the bush/tree on the left.
It was a bush.  Mommy chopped off the bottom branches.  We can visit our new furiends easily now with those branches cut off.

Wordless Week - Horse in the throat

Mommy has to be quiet for one whole week!  (That's like 87 days in dogtime.)

Mommy has that acid reflux monster and it is affecting her voice for months.

Us dogs have barked tons at that acid reflux monster, but it won't seem to go away from her voice.

Anyway, Mommy got a second opinion (note: us Dogtor's opinion was first)   anyway the human doctor said fur Mommy to not talk for one whole week to see if it (scares the poop out of the acid reflux monster) helps to heal her horse/hoarse voice.

We have no idea how that acid reflux monster even got that horse in Mommy's voice.

Anyway, Mommy is on day 2 of no speaking.

At least she can still help us blog without talking.

There is one thing that Mommy wishes she would have done when we were puppies.

Benji (the one sticking his tongue out in this selfie) doesn't seem to understand hand signals.   Mommy is having a ruff time getting Benji to understand when it is time to go in the yard.  Since she is not allowed to talk, she is trying to wave him to come to her, but he is confused.

Anyway, in hind sight, Mommy should have taught a hand signal to go along with the word "come".

Oh well.

Mommy will understand if there is an accident on the carpet.
