The day before Easter, we headed up to Wallsburg to do our traditional Easter egg dying. Oh did Clara get into it this year. She hasn't really learned the skill of gingerly placing the egg in the cup. Her strategy was more like to slam dunk it. Oh the mess she made but oh the good time she had.
Easter morning, Clara found some goodies waiting for her from the Easter bunny. She was definitely most thrilled with her huge Dora book.
Here are a couple of shots of Clara in her new Easter outfit. She looked so dang cute but was so not wanting to smile for pictures. I am looking forward to the age when she wants to ham it up for the camera!
Later in the afternoon we went to Grandma's house for Easter dinner. Grandma had some goodies waiting for little one and oh was she excited. We ate dinner with the Dredges and had a great time with yummy food and great weather. My favorite part was the fabulous potatoes. They bring me much joy!
