Where have I been?

Okay so it has been forever since I posted...BUT I'll have you know that my dearest Hubby decided to click on a Virus that was covered as Anti-virus software and well my computer went capluey!It has been allmost a week. So Nick has just fixed it and now are good to go! THANKS NICK!! WE LOVE YOU! Seriously! We don't have TV so this is our only source to the outside world as far as news and weather are concerned! So all you that have Windows XP!! Watch out! It gets into that so easily!So other than that....
Brad and I gave our talks and it went well and my lesson for RS went well. I bought some REAL dish washer liquid and so no more bubble baths for my kitchen! HEHE! Sawyer's top teeth are all the way through now and he is trying to get off the floor and use people and furniture to try hold himself up off the floor so I am sure walking won't be too far away! I am also getting ready for Jarrin's 6th Bithday soon!! I can't even believe it! He is growing up so fast!I am going to make a Monster Truck cake that really looks like one, or at least I will attempt to! Whew! So much more but all I can say is I am glad I have my Bro in Law Nick! I still have all my pictures and everything! So YAY!!!!! I will have to check everyone's blogs when I have a few hours to catch up!!

My head is not working today!

If you run out of dish washing liquid DON'T USE EVEN A DAB of LIQUID SOAP!!!! I have learned that to get rid of bubbles that are overflowing out of your dishwasher, use 2 cups white vinegar, 1 cup of baking soda and 1 cup of salt and its all better , or just 1 of the above depending on how many bubbles are spilling out per second :) hehehe

I know I'm a dork. When will it stop.......probably never......:)

I get to do WHAT!!!!

Okay so I know that this isn't a big deal for some but for me it is! So,I already got asked to take over a lesson for Relief Society this week(which is fine) and as I was preparing for my lesson who do you know called us....the 1st Counselor of the Bishopric, and what do we get to do on Sunday....A TALK!! I thought being completely out of my comfort zone for one lesson was bad enough, but lucky me I get to be blessed with the opportunity to speak 2 times on 1 Sunday! I'm far from upset though. I am just nervous beyond belief right now! YIKES!! I had to ask him if he had Youth speakers , an intermediate hymn and if the choir was going to sing :) hehe! Brad knew I was nervous because I was giggling like crazy(an obvious sign) So that is our fun for the week!

Clumsy me...

So I know I am really clumsy sometimes, but I think I hit it pretty good with my newest boo boo!
I like to start chasing my kids when they least expect it, so Jarrin was walking out of our bathroom when I was on the computer and as he walked closer I got up to run and chase him. When I catch them , they usually get lots of Mommy kisses and tickles to go with it and then I give a quick snuggle and an I love you and let them go. I love it and so do they. Although this time as I was making a mad, fast dash toward him something really hard was in my way and surprisingly it moved as my foot jammed into it. It was Sawyer's walker( which is really hard to move on carpet).
I hit that thing so stinkin' hard that I fell to the floor in pain and the sweet boy he is had no idea the pain I was in and I could hear him running upstairs as fast as he could giggling and telling Keeley how he escaped my grab and that I was on the floor holding my foot! Well I thought it was just a really bad stubbing until I still could feel the pain later that night and told Brad that I thought I broke it. Brad then informed me that if it were broken that I'd have a big bruise and it would be swollen. As it turned out later that night as I took my sock off, lo and behold there was a huge bruise and it was swollen! I feel like such a dork! I want to know how many others have done something so clumsy before that made you feel like I do right now? I surely can't be the only one! I want to hear stories!

What do kids do when you put them to bed??

I love knowing I put my baby to bed all dressed and warm hoping that he will be nice and cozy and sleep well. I did that a few nights ago and came in to find that he'd slithered out of his pants and pulled his socks off and sucked on them till they were soaked with baby spit! I had to take a picture!
So what do kids do when you put them to bed?......Undress themselves!

Brad and I don't make a big deal about it because we do things ALL YEAR for each other so we don't feel the need to spend money on one special day , besides my Birthday was a couple of days ago and we went to a yummy dinner and a movie and all that good stuff! SO pucker up and get some kisses today!! If not here you go!! hehe

12-year-old speaks out on the issue of abortion

This is just such a wonderful, well educated, articulate 12 year old! I am amazed and very grateful for her parents raising her to understand such a precious thing as life! I just wish more would. I was so shocked at the numbers! I mean you know it happens a lot but that much!! So sad.. oh and another thing. I don't know if anyone has seen the Ashley Judd commercial about Palin wanting to let people hunt wolves(which is a good thing) and how awful and horrible she is (even though she has little or nothing to do with it) but it's ridiculous, but the thing that gets me is that she also did one against Bush for not supporting abortion! So what is it with these people? So animals are more important to save than an unborn child? It just makes me sick. So that's why I am thankful for this young girl and her speech! It's well done!! That's my rant for the day! hehehe I am feeling better already! :)

Workin' Out

Okay so I have to tell everyone that I LOVE this girl's workout videos! They are the best(I have a lot of workout videos) She is so fun and way cute. So if you are in the mood for a great workout you have got to try her out! I got a set when I got pregnant. It had a video for each trimester and then the post-natal Boot camp and I just found out that she has a Boot camp II and a core workout! I can't wait to try it..AND I found out that you can rent them through Net Flix and Blockbuster online! I am so excited! I know I sound like an infomercial but When I seriously loose weight I am just excited! Haha I should be in an infomercial her :) but not yet! :)

Coming Full Circle

So I was sitting in the Computer chair checking out all the updates and I had set Sawyer behind me to have a quiet moment with some toys to keep him occupied (because he was fed up playing with Mom) and next thing I know he's under me! He hasn't crawled a lot yet or at least with great distances so I wasn't thinking about him moving very far....but as you can see by the pictures (hehehe) it's time to put everything out of reach that I don't want chewed on, drooled on and rearranged. :) I am so excited he's become more mobile!! He has grown so much and so much personality is starting to show, I just love it! I enjoy him more and more each day!

Ooooo Daddy's goose call, after he sucked on it for a bit he made his way back to the interesting paper and book mess he already made..................................
So he thought he'd try chewing on some just incase he gets something this time..................

And out the other side again. It really tired him out because I gave him some food and he was ready for a nap :) YEAH!.............................................................................................................
