Addy Update!

Everything went so smoothly with her endoscope and colenoscapy! She came out of her anesthetics fast, she had no long term damage from the probing and biopsies, and everything looked great internally! The Doctor gave me a call on Friday to inform me that he found that she is having an allergic reaction to something, what we are not sure of, but it is a start, and that she possibly suffers from irritable bowl. The Doc is sending us to an allergy specialist and possibly to a urologist! But for the most part she is only having pain occasionally here and there, yeah and the major testing is over with! Thank goodness!

Thank you for your prayer and comments, I can Honestly say I felt them through out it the whole day, I had a wonderful friend offer to come and was a blessing and answer to a prayer, she helped me relax, and entertained Addy and just from all the little miracles I saw and felt, thank you, thank you my prayers were answered and I know it was because of all of your help, support and prayers!

Yeah I can post pictures again, This is from back in April!

This is the very first Tutu I made with the help of Peggy and Kathy H.

Doesn't she just look ADORABLE! Don't worry there are TONS more of her in her
dance atire coming soon!

She went through a phase were all she wanted to wear were her swim suits and lia-tards!

This is Addy's cousin Nathan, whom we get to see every couple of months, they
are wonderful family that live right here in Vegas!

This is Nathan's mother, Ryann, and sister, I just adore my cousin Ryann, she is one of the sweetest, giving, and incredibly loving people I know!

I love this one Addy is laughing cause she is tickling her own feet while cleaning them!

Here is our favorite little guy Sam he came over one day and got to play with Addy for hours, they had a blast!

I loved their faces in each of these pictures, they did not want to get out of the crib, Sam kept mimicking what ever I would say, he really liked it when I would say YEE HAA!

What a cutie! We just LOVE our little Cutie Pie!

Update!

Soo I wish I could say that Addy was doing better, REALLY, I do, BUT she still has her random episodes of abdominal pain and fevers! Yeah it stinks, mainly cause we don't really know what is wrong, can't really give her anything to help the pain go away, and it is so gosh dang heart wrenching at times! So here we go!

Last Tuesday we took her into get an Ultra sound and an upper GI. It was a hard day cause she had to fast for 4 hours prior and her apt was at 1pm. She cried through most of the ultra sound, while I tried to keep her calm and held down, and then we had to go into get the upper GI done, Once in the room I said a prayer that things would go smoothly and that they would get what they needed, and since there was NO WAY Addy was going to drink the Barium from a straw they put some in some type of syringe and with me, the nurse and Doc all holding my poor baby down the other nurse comes over with the Barium contrast and holds it up to her mouth to force her to drink it and all of a sudden the child just starts to drink the crap! It was kind of amazing, even the Doctor commented on how impressed he was that she had already drank enough of the crap, mind you with out being forced, to get accurate reading from the ex-rays!

So the following Tuesday we go back to the specialist, and everything checks out so, NOW its on to the CT scan tomorrow at 11:30 and then on Monday at 7am, she will get Scoped with a camera through her stomach and abdomen and after that they will also do a collenoscapy with a camera...NOT FUN. Both of these test require fasting and sedation and to say the least I am having a lot of anxiety over it all Especially the one on Monday...Please keep Addy in your prayers I know they are helping and it is really scary for both Addy and Me!

On a lighter note we had a blast seeing and visiting family in Arizona for a couple of days and I was bad I didn't even get a single picture, dang it! Hopefully we will be able to visit one last time before Art has to go away for three months in August, YUCK! I will be playing those three months by ear, I know I will probably go up to Utah for a week or two at the beginning of August and then back to Vegas for a day or two then over to AZ for a month and then while Art is in California I will probably go and visit him for a week or two at the end of September then back to Vegas for a day or two and then back to Az...this is sort of what I think will transpire during these three months...it will probably change here and there BUT for the most part I will be in AZ for a majority of those months! We Love and miss all of you a ton and hope to see ya soon!

Please keep us in your prayers, we are going to need them!
