Frozen Key Lime Pie

My Mother in-law made this while we were visiting for Christmas, and everyone really liked it. It was a new recipe she tried and out, and I think it's a keeper.

Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 TBSP Sugar
1/4 cup Melted Butter

-Mix together and press into a 9" springform pan. Freeze for 15 minutes

Filling:
1 pint Lime Sherbet
1 pint Hagen-Dazs Zesty Lemon Sorbet
1 pint Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
1 TBSP fresh Lime Juice

-Soften and mix together in mixer. Spoon into crust

1/4 cup coconut, toasted
fresh limes for garnish

-Sprinkle with toasted coconut and freeze for at least 4 hours
-Let stand 15 minutes before slicing and serve with sliced lemons on top

Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Another super simple and yummy recipe. My house smelled so good while this was cooking and it made me so hungry all day!

1-2 onions, diced
1 bottle BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup Honey

Directions:
-Place pork in Crockpot, and cover with onions, BBQ sauce, and honey
-Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
-Use 2 forks to shred meat and mix thoroughly into sauce
-Serve on hamburger buns
