Hen Night

Finally got a shiney glittery lacy top in Quiz at Debenhams, to wear on my Hen Night. Couldn't believe it when the cashier just left it on the counter and walked away, leaving me to put it in the bag. Bad customer service!

Then I won a LBD on e-bay, all shiney and lots of fringes, so I hope that arrives before Saturday. Thought I was gonna be drab and boring, couldn't get any tiaras though.

4 Weeks To Go.....

3 weeks till we fly to Mauritius for our big day, 4 weeks to go until I become Mrs Ryan!

Nothing for me do to really except sit and wait, oh and pack the suitcases.

We had our comfirmation that our flight tickets will soon be sent to us and to check our reservations details are correct.

My dress looks amazing since I've lost a stone in weight ( just got to keep the weight off now) I wish I could post a pic to show you but husband-to-be might sneek a look so that will have to wait.

This weekend I have the job of taking the hem up on Sean's trousers. Good job I'm nifty with the needle.

Sooooo.... fingers crossed that everything is raring to go.

Hen Night

Well we've been all  around Exeter shopping today for something nice to wear on my Hen Night and came home with nothing.

John Lewis was disappointing.

I want a sparkly/glitter night and everything was way to short for me.

Hen night

Busy getting everyone together for my hen Night. I've done the clubbing and getting pi$$ed bit and don't want a sit down meal. So I was just thinking about a few drinks with my friends watching my favourite local band live. Or a night at the casino!

Trouble is two of my good friends are away that weekend :-(

5 weeks to go

 

Well its 5 weeks to the 'wedding' and I'm getting excited now. Flying out to Mauritius in 4 weeks to get married. Had final wedding dress fitting and it looks great now I've lost a stone in weight. Everything is ready, we are just watching the days go by.

Sean needs his linen trousers taken up and I have asked him today to try them on with his shoes so I can get my sewing kit out, 2hours later I'm still waiting!!!!!

Maybe tomorrow......

Trousers are too long and need to be taken up. Do I cut or just fold the hem over? Hmmmm.....
