All three of these girls are in the same on-line school. That makes for a bit of driving but a lot of fun when they get together while everyone else is at school. We enjoyed Ariana's desire to "cook" something and also a walk on the Mayowood bikepath.

The poor bird hit the window and was a bit shocked for awhile. It eventually flew away. The last picture is the tiger in the Jungle Book. She was learning how to do the makeup.

Everyone has left me alone for awhile so I am getting caught up on things around here....at least trying to. We have clean clothes, a clean floor, and banana bread. I even had a chance to play in the garden a little today. Ahhh. Now I even got to add to my blog.

Fundraiser

The Masque is having two fundraisers right now through the end of October. We are collecting pop cans and change. The change fundraiser we are calling "Pennies for Performers." If you want to save your pop cans for us, you can drop them off at the Masque Fridays between 4:00 and 6:00 (or anytime at my house). To donate your change you can actually do it the same way. I'm collecting both. The Masque is a great place for kids. It will be so sad if they have to close. Don't be shy. Help us out! Thank you! ! !

Lucky Me

I won these from a Mountain Dew contest, by entering the codes off of pop tops. I was really surprised. A pair of shoes (too narrow for Rich so will be going to Trevor) and a fridge that looks like a toolbox. My dad and Kyle both want it, but I'm keeping it, for awhile anyway just to enjoy being a winner.

Weekend pictures

The azalea plant is REblooming! I've never been able to do that before. The picture of the pond in the early morning with the sun shining on it was cool. Richard is sitting on the roof that we were shingling and wondering why it was taking so long to get done.
