Isaac is 1

We concluded Birthday Week with Isaac's 1st Birthday. He is still a smiley guy and loves being with his brother and sisters. 

He can be very opinionated and is pretty good at letting us know what he wants. We gave him a cake for his birthday and he didn't want anything to do with it.

My mom has been here celebrating our birthdays.

 Of course, he still loves his fingers.

For a few weeks he would scream while taking a bath in the bath tub, so I started giving him baths in the kitchen sink.

Eve is 3!

This little cutie turned 3 this week. Right now she enjoys playing with legos, reading books, coloring, bothering her big brother, and dressing up in costumes. 

For her birthday my mom and I took her to do a little bit of birthday shopping. What did she want? Star wars legos. She ended up with some princess legos and a Sophia the first doll. We tried to take her to build-a-bear, but she didn't want anything to do with it.

Frozen

Although we are not Frozen right now, we decided to go see Frozen Sing Along for Sadie's 7th Birthday. The first time we watched Frozen I didn't like it very much because Sadie thought it was too scary. Eve and David didn't seem to be bothered by it, but Sadie was crying to go home. Then they got some Frozen dolls for Christmas from Grandma Olson and we listened to the soundtrack a million times and it is now a favorite. And Sadie is no longer scared by it.

Sledding and Snowmobiling

We went to Utah for Christmas and had a great time with our families, but it all went by too quickly. We went sledding with the Olsons and had a blast! Eve didn't want anything to do with the sledding at first, but she warmed up to it at the end and loved it.

 4 people on a sled! I guess Isaac wasn't just a spectator the whole time. Doesn't he look thrilled?

Then later in the week we went snowmobiling with my sister and her family. They have 3 or 4 normal sized snowmobiles and 2 kids ones. Sadie had a blast driving one for the first time. Life will never be the same now that she thinks she can drive.
