The Same Question. Repetitiously.

I went home at 9.45 last night. I just can't get this thought out of my head. I am having this irritated feeling towards one of the officers. I just want to warn everyone about this particular guy :

BEWARE OF ROSLAN!!
(the most annoying officer on duty)

It's not that I can just simply hate people without any reason. There MUST BE a reason. This guy is really pulling my toes and has been getting on my nerves ever since I set my foot at the Bangunan Duit Syiling. Heck. I just called him "Bloody B*stard" (under my breath, of course) yesterday before off to supply them the feedbacks. This guy must've thought that he knows everything and being a smartypants-agonisingly-knows-it-all really ticked me off. I took my own sweet time to reach there because OBVIOUSLY they already have the answers! What's the point of me giving the whole book? Owh wait, they said "nak wakil sorang datang". Call je tak boleh ke??!! They've got almost the whole ministry to go there, what's the use of having a God-dammit phone? The only P*TD there were Zai and I. Luckily I brought Zai along.

Apparently those who came were mostly from THAT scheme. Bongek. Bajet tau semua la tu kannnn...Owh, En. Amzan was OK. He's very nice and I have no issue at all dealing with him (dahla smart hehe).

Lain kali saya rasa perlu tepek 'Post-it Note' di dahi atau tulis besar-besar 'To-do List'. Owh, the day that I told Encik Skema about the misplacement, the next day he got into a small accident. I was wondering whether he got soooo upset that his mind was elsewhere, ended up denting his car (his first girlfriend). Knowing him, the-slowest-driver-I've-known (and also extra careful, but that doesn't mean he's a good driver haha), that incident could be classified as one of RARE cases.

Kalau kereta di lorong paling kiri pun boleh over take lane tengah, faham-faham sendirila...Setakat ekzos bunyi meraung-raung tapi merangkak, memang hari-hari orang lain menyumpah. Sudahla pencemaran bunyi, tambah pulak sakit hati bawak kereta lembap nak mampus.

Saya perlu menenangkan jiwa! (dan study untuk PTK).

PTK!!!

Owh, saya telahpun mendapat pengesahan untuk menduduki peperiksaan

Tahap Kecekapan 1 pada 26 - 29 April 2010

Saya rasa mahu menggelupur!

Playlist of Songs

Ehem, I just remembered that I always complain (yeah, I do complain a lot. I see that as part of the life process - contemplating. Hahahaa) about the choice of songs aired during the wedding. Some of them would even have karaoke session. Fine...if the voice was kind of OK, I wouldn't mind at all. But since some of us are singer-wannabes-but-tak-sedar-diri-suara-tak-sedap-macam-haram, I would never opt for karaoke for my wedding. Call me heartless, but this is going to be MY DAY, not theirs kaaannnnnnn??? *evilish smile*

Owh, Encik Skema told me he likes this Ari Lasso's song. Can't recall what's the name of the song, but some what the lyrics are about loving someone whole-heartedly. Okayyyyy...I get the picture.(or is it because I bullied you all the time, Encik??). These are some of the slow songs that I think that would lift up my mood for the day :

1.   All That I Need - Boyzone (yela...saya jiwang...soooo??? :P)
2.   Baby Can I hold You - Boyzone
3.   Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman - Bryan Adams
4.   Insomnia - Wheesung  (ei, boleh ke yang ni? Hahahaa)
5.   Fireflies - Owl City
6.   Falling For You - Colbie Caillat
7.   Realize - Colbie Caillat
8.   I'm Yours - Jason Mraz
9.   If That's OK With You - ShayneWard
10. Life in Mono - Baby Spice :D
11. Love Like This - SS501 (Korean)
12. One Wish - Ray J
13. When You Say Nothing At All - Ronan Keating
14. Fall For You - Secondhand Serenade
15. Selimut Hati - Dewa 19
16. With You - Chris Brown
17. Switchfoot - Only Hope
18. Plain White T's - 1,2,3,4
19. Incubus - I Miss You (all time favourite)

Ok. To be continued. If you guys have any suggestions, feel free to list down your favourites :)

Lovely Ideas for (Less Budget) Wedding

Owh, before that, my sister found my two rings!!! Bongek, minggu lepas tak nak muncul, dah kena bebel sekarung dengan Encik Skema barula nak muncul!!

I browsed through Martha Stewart's website and I saw loads of ideas for the wedding!!! The paper flowers are just excellent, as an option to replace fresh flowers. Any brides would love to make some things on their own and I choose to do the decoration for my hantaran. If you guys have extra money (which I don't), you guys could opt to get them sent to the shop which would do the decoration. Less time, yeah, but more money needed. As I was browsing through the pages, I saw this lovely bouquet of roses, made of felt fabric, I guess. I think the crafter is genius!!! You brides out there should go to www.etsy.com

Courtesy of www.etsy.com

They don't just save your money, but as well a great idea to decorate your house with balls of flowers. Yeah, fresh flowers would cost you a bomb, but these lovely darlings won't. Except that they're time consuming hehehee...Since I love art so much (so does the rest of the family), I can give it an early start and store them in a safe place :D

Owh, even the lanterns are superb!!!

Will try to DIY this!! :D

Candle holder could be turned into :

A centrepiece! :D (courtesy of MarthaStewart.com)

The bouquets are lovely!!! I've downloaded some of the how-to's (loads of thank yous to you, Martha! :D) and will start the project over this coming weekend. I'm going to buy some craft papers, I bet my mom would be thrilled to try and take the ideas for the kindergarten :P

DIY your pom-pom flowers (taken from MarthaStewart.com)

and TADAAAAAA~
Lovely pompoms for decoration! Love it!!!
Would try and turn them into flower bouquets instead :P

Not only they have vibrant colours, but they last for a looooooooonnnnngggggggg time. Ladies, get your artsy fingers now! ;)

OK, I Have Misplaced My Rings. Blame Me.

I am a very forgetful person. I misplaced my rings (the merisik and the one Mak Ani gave me - the turquoise one). I remembered that I put them at the sink because I have a habit to take off my rings whenever I'm doing the dishes and before entering the toilet (for hygienic purposes, of course). Rezal is upset and I regretted that I told him about the misplacement. I don't feel like wearing any ring anymore. They've been missing for 3 weeks already. Benci!. The only ring left with me is the engagement ring. Should I take it off too and keep it safely? The way he keep on reminding me on searching for the rings is kind of driving me nuts. And annoyed. It's not that I haven't searched for it. The ring is important, but he makes me feel like it's more important than me (owh wow, talking about me being self-centred!). What a way to start my Monday! (at first it was very cheerful but when he mentioned about the ring, everything went kapish!)

-I'm offended with myself-

Photographers vs Professional Photographers

Since most of my friends are married and getting married, I'd like to share my opinion on wedding photographers these days. Yela, sekarang kan orang duk sibuk beli DSLR, tapi tak pandai mana pun nak ambik gambar. Taking pictures is not only about technical aspects, but the moments captured, whether they have the "feel" or story that you want to convey. I am no genius in this matter but as a layman, pretty pictures for me means it'll bring me to tears to see a very good picture. It's like an epic. I love browsing through National Geographic website where they have superb-beyond-words photos that I know "This is what we call a good photographer". It'll leave us in awe. Admiring such beautiful moment would always make me forget how long have I stared at the picture. Tsk tsk :P (I wish I can be one superb photographer!)

Ok, back to the wedding photographer issue. Sometimes, regrettably I find that my friends' wedding pictures are not as good to their expectation. Guess what? It looks like being taken by a lousy person using only a compact camera (in fact some could take pictures perfectly with one. Pfftttt) but what amazes me most, the person (who claimed to be a wedding photographer) was using DSLR! There's a lot of differences between a photographer and a professional photogapher, honey. I hate to mention that the flash used gave the "shiny-oily" effect to the couple's face and the compilation for the custom album and sticky album was even horrendous! (and I haven't found any suitable word for them yet. Beyond words!) Apparently it was done by someone who doesn't even know whether Photoshop ever exist or they're just plain lazy and taking it all for granted (because of the pay). Forget about the composition. It feels like running an amok whenever mentioning about this. I wonder how my friend feels, about her wedding pictures turned out to be GOD-I-AM-SO-GOING-TO-HEMPUK-THE-PHOTOGRAPHER-WITH-HIS-CAMERA! Come on, head-to-head poses is all you could think of? The subject was stiff, and the background was his car (yang hanya nampak tayar. Bongok ke?) Capturing romantic moments is not merely limited to having body contacts etc. I know I'm in no position to teach people on how to take pictures, but I've been exposed to photography since I was in kindergarten. I've handled fully-manual SLRs, although I did not receive any formal education on photography, it seems that my photos were never as bad as mentioned above (perasan haha).

Having obsession over photography these days makes me an avid critique. More or less, being too technical about photography would result in a very stiff picture. This is no point-and-shoot only. Aiyaaaa...

Ok, enough of ranting. I hope Azli's pictures would turn out great for my wedding. I'm very picky. I can't stand imperfections. And I want my money is spent with worthwhile memories. Argh. Anxious about the wedding!

Points to Ponder

Ok, this matter have been bugging me for quite some time. What would you guys do if your friends or family members or anyone who is close to you have really nasty habits? I would WANT to enlist them down, but thinking of the grossness (euw), it made me tick.

I do have bad habits. My things usually end up lying all around the house. Well, unfortunately, this newly-engaged-me seems not to learn anything at all (I wonder when do my mom get tired of nagging hahahahaaa). The facts (and more facts to come) about me :

  1. I hate people who mess up the entire house when I already did the house spring-cleaning (up to one point I nearly starved myself due to the stress. Argh!)
  2. I don't think that house chores should only be done by female gender. EVERYONE MUST DO THE HOUSE CHORES! DO NOT think that we women, should only bear children and do the house chores while you guys go out and hang around watching football matches at the mamak stall with your friends! We've got other things to do as well.
  3. Cooking and looking after the kids : Should I say more??
  4. I prefer washing the car and the dishes rather than cleaning the house (but eventually will do the cleaning if being asked politely hahahaaaa~)
  5. I don't really eat rice. They make me feel bloated. Uhuk.
  6. I REALLY THINK guys should stay fit, even after they are 60 years old with children and grandchildren. If you guys claim that you should follow the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with the polygamy, well start with keeping yourselves fit. It's part of the sunnah as well. Yela, Rasulullah takde sakit jantung etc because he was always fasting and eat moderately. DON'T SAY you guys OVERLOOKED that one.
  7. I hate when people tend to be less passionate in marriage life as time passes by. Love is eternal. If you could PROMISE ANYTHING before you got married to that person, then stay like that for the rest of your life. The other half would be thankful to have you for the rest of his/her life as well. (Yela, dulu-dulu belum kawin berjanji macam-macam. Dah kawin ni takde pulak janji macam-macam. Ei, memang nak kena lempang).
  8. I like fit guys. EHEM!! Guys with interests in sports and go to the gym/workout regularly is a turn on. Wahahahaaa~ so as a result of this, my fiancé goes jogging now. (Ok honey, keep up the good work! :D)
  9. I would prefer people who are not so good in English to consider taking classes before showing-off their 'capabilities' in doing so because I hate that. It feels like you want to curl up and die in a corner. Unless you are required to speak in English, well do so. Kalau setakat nak show-off yang kau pun reti English but misusing it instead, BETTER DON'T. Words like CONGRATES, IT'S MEAN / THAT'S MEAN (translation : which is supposed to mean), or any other filthily-used words, THEY DO NOT EXIST IN ENGLISH PROPER GRAMMAR. PLEASE CHECK UP YOUR GRAMMAR BEFORE CONVERSING.
What about you guys? Any preferences?

Thought For The Day - BUREAUCRACY

Would it be fair if someone who's really good in his/her job be transferred because of bureaucracy?

Pffttt...DEFINITELY NOT!

But that's what happens these days.

  • Being strict (as in doing what's lawful) - you'll be hated by some people and get transferred (who are up to something, obviously)
  • Being a subordinate who does not complain when asked - end up being bullied by higher-ranked officers
  • Being a boss who keeps on troubling his employees - he's the one who was awarded with APC (argh!)
  • Being a lower-ranked officer, who has an IT-illiterate boss (who always expects work to be done on time, and guess what? Refer to the previous point. Life is SO unfair!)
  • A boss who is always sending out his minions to take all the blame in a meeting.
  • A boss who is always picking up at the staffs while meeting with third agencies. WTF??
Pernah rasa stress macam ni?

Employees/subordinates for the mentioned bosses/higher-ranked officers would only have ultimate wishes:

"Cepat-cepatla boss aku ni pencen"
"Takde orang ke nak ambik dia ni duduk kat ofis lain ha??"

Paling haru ---> "Cepatla boss aku ni m*mpus. Ada pun menyusahkan orang je."

Which category of boss are you?

WARNING : POST MUNTAH DARAH

Miss you. Hahahahaaaaa~
(malu dengan diri sendiri ihiks)
*kedengaran bunyi orang muntah sebagai background*
(Diri sendiri pun muntah. But that's the fact. Macam mana ek?)

Has the Frozen Heart melted? :P

Do I consider myself love-struck? Hmmm...I find that it's one of the tough cookies questions. Seangkatanla dengan soalan-soalan cepumas dari Ehem seperti :

1. Awak rindu kat saya tak? (ok, sila muntah)
2. Awak sayang kat saya tak? (muntah lagi) - always ends up with a laugh, yeah, unexplainable.
3. Kenapa awak tak call? (hmmm...panjang nak jawab ni)
...dan seumpamanya... *boleh terbayang-bayang muka Akmal and Kak Ina yang sedang menggelupur*

And lately, due to my engagement to an Anonymous guy, Ehem, many of my friends and family members would ask :

1. Jumpa kat mana?
2. Satu U ke?
3. Satu sekolah?
4. Macam mana boleh kenal?

Sesak nafas nak jawab. Is it possible the answer for the above questions :

"Tak, saya jumpa tepi jalan. LOVE IS BLIND kan?"

nak lagi best :

"Saya hutang dengan dia sebab kasi pecah tayar kereta baru dia. Nak langsai hutang kena kawin dengan dia." Hahahahaaa~

I'm a person who does not show or tell how I feel when asked. I will do it myself. Lagi orang tanya, lagi la taknak jawab. Ngeeee~ :D

Facts:
I will call when I want.
I will say when I feel like it.
I'm starting to miss, but the feeling subsides sometimes (when he calls, the feeling disappears)
Do not ask me whether am I mad if it is OBVIOUSLY I am.

Is this love? Perhaps ;)
(rasa macam terbang wheeee~)

p/s: At the mean time, that "missing" feeling has gone missing. Heh.

Alas Hantaran?

Okay la...sementara menunggu orang-orang kat Bangunan Duit Syiling tu, tengah survey alas hantaran yang cantik-cantik tanpa mengeluarkan belanja yang besar. Haritu pakai alas hitam dgn manik-manik putih :

Ni la hasil kerastangan makcik. Tensen jahit benda ni tau~

Punyala jenuh nak menjahit benda ni. Sabar jela...nasib baik ada Aunty Ilah tolong. Saye sempat buat 2 je. Nanti nak kena alter balik sebab dulang hantaran yang kat KT tu pendek. Tak macam pahar tembaga kat rumah Tok Dah. So, terpaksala mintak tolong sepupu, Kak Ti (sebab dia cretive, pandai jahit dan ada sewing machine hehe).

So, I haven't decided on the theme colour yet, but I think, I'll just reuse this alas then put a light-coloured cushion on top so that we don't have to pening-pening and menggelatat nak cari alas yang dah lama hilang ntah ke mana. Maybe I'll add some additional lace to the alas pelapik dulang hantaran tu. Ok ke?

Owh, semalam...Encik Tunang nak kaler MERAH untuk reception kat rumah dia... I was like WHAT THE...? Ehem, makcik ni dahla kulit gelap. Boleh ke pakai kaler MERAH? Pastinya kena tengok dulu baju tu before nak try it on AND perhaps boleh mix dengan BLACK. Ok la, takpe, asalkan awak suka hati ye Encik. Awak yang nak bayarkan? Kwang kwang kwanggg...

This coming weekend rasa macam nak survey baju kat Semua House. Baju yang Aisyah (Ecah@I-Sha) pakai time reception kat KL tu sangat cantikkkk!!! Since dah pakai light silver for the engagement day haritu, Kak Ti bagi suggestion pakai kaler lain. Baiklaaahhhhh...saya cuba ye! Tapi kalau baju tu macam baju I-sha haritu, agaknya berapa hengget budget tuuuu??? Janganla mahal. Makcik tengah sengkek ni. Uhuk!

Awww...sweet sangat diorang ni!!
Actually, Ikhwan tu adik ex-schoolmate kat SHAMS dulu.
Kecik kan dunia ni?
Owh, baju I-sha sangat cantekkkkk!!!! :D

Okaylaaahhhh...banyak kerja...sambil-sambil je ni. Karangan pendek tapi ambik masa 2 jam nak settlekan. Harap-harap Encik Tunang pandai pilih. Owh, dia cakap nak pegi jumpa photographer Azli tu. Bajet, jangan tak bajet ;)
