How do you sleep?

Our little Rhead-E!
Loves to sleep anywhere!
Car, table, high chair, couch, floor...
He plays hard and sleeps hard!
And he usually falls asleep with the things he is playing with!
HAT on head! Lightening McQueen in hand! BEAR on face! Blanket, scriptures, toys...
We love him!
He makes us laugh and he makes us so TIRED!

Peace...

McKay is exactly that!

Daddy made us all special VALENTINE WAFFLES with pink batter, red strawberries, and PINK Whip CREAM!

Justin and I got to go to our Stake Valentine Dance.

Grandma and Grandpa were so nice to babysit so we could go!

The theme was "An Evening in Paris"

The decorations were so cute and we got to dance to a live band "RUN 4 COVER".

It was the best VALENTINE present just to be able to dance with my handsome husband!

I have the BEST VISITING TEACHERS! They brought me chocolates and these CUTE HATS for the kids. They were so excited and even got their OWN box of CANDY!

It was perfect because we went to the park with our friends and it ended up being 72 degrees that day!

Luckily we had our visors to keep out the SUN!

McKay's Blessing

We had a WONDERFUL weekend! McKay was blessed on February 5th which was the same day his cousin Ivy was blessed and it was LUKE's 7th Birthday! The whole weekend was AMAZING! Just look at these pictures! You couldn't ask for more beautiful weather than this! The sky was clear, you could see the Sierra Nevada Mountains, no fog, in the upper 60's! We were SO LUCKY to have Justin's parents drive ALL THE WAY FROM MESA to come to baby McKay's blessing! It was their first time in Visalia and I am just so glad that it was so beautiful every day they were here! We enjoyed hiking the hill (the kids barely made the hike up but FLEW down the hill with SMILES!) We ate some SPECIAL BBQ chicken made by CHEF JUSTIN! We also ate crepes and BBQ Pineapple burgers! We had some awesome FOOD!

The kids also got to open some presents from their Aunt Michelle and Nana and Papi! It was really fun. Brooke got a little tea set that was a HIT! They all loved playing tea and even Rhead was crying to pour some "MORE PLEASE!" We jumped on the trampoline, played games, and celebrated the whole day with LUKE!

The blessing was beautiful. It is such a blessing to have the Priesthood in our home. McKay was blessed with several wonderful things but the one that really stuck out to me was that he would have a special bond with each of his siblings. Already I can see that Carden, Brooke, and Rhead love him and treat him with love and kindness. We have been working on saying nice words in our home and never is there a problem when we are holding McKay. He is just a tender spirit.

I think they look really cute on Brooke. It almost makes me want to cut some but I know I will go nuts having them. Brooke rarely wants to dress up so I am glad I took this shot of her with her hat on!

Rhead loves to hold McKay. I would say he has held him the most besides me!

Rhead tries to be soft with him but BOY do I have to watch his every MOVE!

McKay is changing so much. He lost his hair so I gave him a buzz, which I will have to post later. He is starting to smile a lot and coo! He sleeps really well and I just can't get enough of him! He is just so SWEET and so CALM!!! I hope these two things last in his personality!
