Gum UGHHHH!!!!!!

So a few nights ago when i got the laundry out of the dryer, I noticed that one of the boys had left some gum in their pocket that had gone through washer and the dryer. So I clean it out of the washer and dryer and proceed to do some more laundry and when I get the whites out of the dryer I noticed that there was gum on a few of Jeremy's garment tops, but I thought all of mine had been spared.......

Well, so today I'm sitting here (at the computer of course lol) and I feel something poking into the back of my thigh...Lo and behold....It's a huge chunk of gum! I'm so ticked. UGHHH KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bored...

I have no idea why but I have been so bored lately! UGHHH.......I think it's because Trisha is gone to Utah so I haven't been over to see her (or her over to see me) since Monday!!! That's rare for us...Yeah, we're losers...So I got my new Kodak Easy Share Z650 digital camera for Christmas and I love it. It came with some software so I was messing around with it yesterday, it has this fun feature where you can edit your pictures to look more like comic book pics...Not that I even like comic books but it's still cool lol..I'll try to post one or two of them...So my boys are kinda driving me crazy, I don't know why I'm surprised, this always happens...They aren't even fighting, just getting really silly and hyper which BUGS....Oh well, I guess they're just boys and theres nothing I can do about it. School starts up again Tuesday, they're starting the 4 day week so we'll see how it goes...So here are a few pics from Christmas...one of the boys with their personalized books (comic book style) and one of them with their new bedding sets that my sister got them...lastly, one of my little chunky butt Jaidyn...

We Wish You a Merry Christmas...

So Christmas day has come and gone! This month has seriously flown by for me, it seems like just yesterday that it was Thanksgiving and here we are...

I am so tired!!! My boys woke us up at 3:30 yesterday morning!! No joke! Jeremy made them wait until 4:30 for us to even get out of bed though, so we opened presents and then went back to sleep for a bit, I'm still exhausted though. We decided to go kind of easy on Christmas this year for the kids since they always get SO much from everyone, so we did, even still, the boys keep saying that this is the best Christmas ever!!! All they got from Santa was a pair of pajamas (Ryan, pittsburgh steelers and Tyson, Cincinatti Bengals), a watch set, a bionicles set and stocking stuff! Usually they get TONS of stuff so I'm glad they were pleased....I got some good things, my digital camera which I've had for about a month now, a digital pressure cooker (which I have no idea how to use, but I'm still super excited about it lol) a brown leather jacket, some clothes and gift cards...That's all I can think of for now..Jeremy and I took down the tree and put away all the decorations yesterday afternoon. I love to have the stuff up leading up to the holiday, but once the presents are open, I want it out of here! Is that weird? Anyways, it was a good Christmas...Everyone seemed pleased...

So much to do...so little time...

Well, it's monday again...do the days and weeks seem to fly by to anyone else or is it just me? I swear, it was just monday like yesterday it seems...Oh well...Anyways, yesterday was kind of a weird day. Jeremy got called out to work so it was weird to not have him here on a Sunday. I went to church by myself because both of the boys were still having stomach issues. It was a good meeting, the high council speakers did a really nice job, well, one was interesting, the other was pretty boring, but at least that's 50% right? LOL, seriously though, there were some really nice Christmas musical numbers during the meeting that were awesome...I came home and made chicken quesadilla's for Tyson and I, poor Ryan, he loves them, but his stomach was hurting too much to eat them. Then I just waited for my 6:40 tithing settlement appt. Jeremy walked in the door at 6:30 and hurried to get ready to come to the appt with me. I guess it's a good thing we only live 3 blocks from the chapel! We had a good little chat with the bishop, he's new, only been in for 3 months, so this was the first time we had ever met with him, although, we do already know him. Then I dropped Jeremy at home and went over to a friends house to exchange books back that we had borrowed. I ended up staying and visiting for 2 hours. She's awesome, we were able to have a good chat...

Our community got some bad news yesterday. A girl that I went to high school with was killed in a car accident on Saturday night. She still lives here in the community, her parents own the grocery store here. She was 26 and divorced with 3 kids, ages 6,5 and 2..We don't know too many details yet, but we just know that her two older kids were with her ex husband and she only had the baby with her, he's okay, just has a broken collarbone...That's all anyone seemed to know yesterday though...Her oldest is in my son's class at school. These poor kids, it sucks for them to have to be introduced to death at such a young age, and especially to have them losing their moms and dads...It just sucks. I mean, first Trisha's little boy Logan loses his dad in a car accident, that was at the first of the school year, those poor little Kindergarteners were so sensitive to it, they were so worried about Logan and if he was okay and when he would come back to school....Now they will find out that Brendan lost his mom in a car accident and it'll be the same thing. I worry that Ryan will get so afraid to even let Jeremy or I go anywhere for fear that we'll be in an accident. Kids should not have to worry about this kind of thing at this age, but I guess that's life. I know that we are all taken at our appointed times, but kids don't have that understanding so it's still hard...

Let it snow...

Well, it started about 9:30 last night and was still going this morning when we woke up...Tyson had checked the weather online and kept telling us that there was a snow advisory from 3 p.m. saturday til 4 a.m. sunday..Jeremy bet him that it wouldn't snow. So of course Tyson won the bet and was able to get his playstation back (he had been grounded from it) so he was happy.

Well, yesterday I got all of my holiday goodies done and delivered to friends so that was good. Today is supposed to be church and tithing settlement tonight. Jeremy got called out to work, so I was trying to change our tithing settlement appt to next week so that we could all go together but I think today might be the last day they are doing it, who knows...I have wrapping and laundry and everything to do today, but I just want to be lazy...We'll see what I actually get done lol...

Finally Saturday...

Ugh, the end of this week has been so crappy! I was up puking my guts out in the middle of the night Thursday. I HATE puking! Plus, I was supposed to be going to Vegas Friday to finish up some Christmas shopping. Luckily, when I woke up Friday morning, I was feeling better, well, better enough to go and finish up what I needed to, not necessarily good lol. So, I got everything done, it took a little longer than I would have liked though...I went with one of my very good friends who is kind of scary to shop with lol. She's one of those who will say..."I just want to take a quick peek at..." Well, with her, there are no quick peeks at anything. Last year I spend almost 2 hours with her in the fleece department of JoAnn's deciding on some material for her to make some blankets for her little girl for church that would match her church dresses lol...CRAZY!!!

I did hear back from the Dr. the other day and he said that Tyson's blood results showed that there is no bacteria in his stomach, but I still need to find out if he's going to send him to be checked for an ulcer or not. Oh, we went to the Forgotten Carols on Wed. night with the YW...It was awesome...SO GOOD!!! It was a long trip and a late night, but it was worth it...

It's so cold here, it's supposed to maybe snow the end of the weekend or first of next week...We'll see though, I wish it would snow for Christmas, the kids would love that...Well, I better go, I've got alot of presents to wrap and Jeremy is going to put up Trisha's Christmas lights on her house for her, so I might go help him with that...

Ulcer???

So Tyson (my 7 year old) has been having stomach trouble for the past few months. It started at the first of the school year. He was having alot of stomach aches. He had skipped up from 1st grade to 3rd grade this year and was a bit worried about fitting in etc. so I thought it might be a bit of stress from that. Then they started to fade so I didn't think much of it. Then he was having some issues with going pee ALL THE TIME! They had thought that he might have this thing called Diabetes Insipidus, sometimes referred to as "Water Diabetes" so he was tested and they found out that he didn't have it and for some reason he just makes alot of excess urine. So the dr. put him on this nose spray that is supposed to help with the problem. Well, he would use it at night, and then every following morning he would have really bad stomach cramps which was a side effect of this medicine so he quit taking it. Soon after he got the stomach flu and it's just been kind of lingering, it would go away for a week or so, then come back for about a day and it would keep going like that. So it's been going on like this for about 2 months. He was sick again this morning so I decided to take him to the dr. He had a fever of about 102 and his left ear was red and his left tonsil was really swollen. He gave him some antibiotics for that. They drew blood to see if he might have a bacteria in his stomach that might be causing the stomach aches. He also said that an ulcer might be causing the problems. He's freakin 7 years old lol! He has always been a worrier and a stresser though. The dr. asked if Jeremy or I ever had any trouble with ulcers or anything of the sort. LOL, yeah, Jeremy and I are probably two of the most easygoing stress free people on the planet. So at any rate, we'll see what the blood test shows and go from there.

So other than that, it's just been a pretty regular day. I went to work and now I am just sitting here. I have Logan because Trisha took a quick trip to Vegas to get her hair done and try to finish up some shopping. I really need to be showering right now, or working on a quilt, but I think I'll wait til Jeremy gets home so that he can man the kids while I do it. I'm still trying to get this whole thing figured out, linking to other blogs, etc. There are alot of other blogs that I want to link to, but I have no idea how. Insight, please? I'm also going to try posting my first picture. I'll try one of my sweet little niece Jaidyn to see if it will work. FYI...Trisha, I don't know if you've read this yet, but be ready....Once I get this figured out, I'm posting pictures of me and my best from the TMA Christmas party lol....
