Kerri’s Wedding!
Kerri’s wedding was such a memorable day, mostly because we were all able to be together as a family in the Salt Lake Temple sealing room. The sealing was beautiful and it was a great experience to be in the temple together and to have Chris join our family. It rained and was a little cold, but the rain stopped for the pictures. We had her luncheon shortly after the ceremony, and then we packed everything up, dropped Jason and Hyrum off at the airport, and the rest of us drove up to Montana for the reception. Here are some of the many photos that were taken.
I LOVE everyone’s expressions in this picture.
St. Louis Zoo
It’s so crazy because I did a post about coming here two years ago, never imagining that we would be living in this area. Zoos are always fun and Mckenna liked seeing all of the animals. She liked the monkeys and lions the best. Madison was pretty tired and slept most of the time. The weather was perfect. It was a great fall day.![]()
We stopped in Pickneyville on our way home and ate at DQ. Yumm!

Kerri’s Wedding: The Day Before
My youngest sister got married in October! I still can’t believe it, but everything was beautiful and we all had a wonderful time. I flew out to Utah with Madison while Mckenna stayed in Illinois with Bob and Jill, and then Jason flew out the next night. We had all day Thursday together to finish up shopping, get last minute details together, and just hang out. It was a great day, we had a few unexpected surprises, but all in all, everything turned out great.
We went and picked up Kerri in Provo and saw her cute apartment. Her last day as a single woman.
Did some shopping and then ate lunch at yummy Café Rio and got ice cream for dessert. Madison got spoiled a lot by Grandpa. Yum!
On our way up to Salt Lake Kerri’s car broke down! Mom made great friends with the construction ladies and was able to call a tow truck.
We went and got pedicures and then met up with Chris’s family that night for dinner. They are so nice.
