November

The best part about November was that Jason had a whole week off! It was nice to have a little break and get to spend more time with him. Finals were right around the corner but we all enjoyed the time together. I didn’t take that many pictures for some reason. We had a nice Thanksgiving with Bob and Jill and the Agates and of course ate some delicious food.

Madison’s first Thanksgiving! Yay!

Playing games and wrestling with Dad. What would we do without him?!

(Like I said, pretty pathetic post – why did I not take more pictures???)

Halloween 2010

Halloween was so fun this year to see Mckenna light up when she got dressed in her costume. I love this age of make believe and imagination.

The night before Halloween we went trick-or-treating at Grandpa’s office and then headed over to the church for our ward party.

After the party we went trunk-or-treating. Mckenna loved the fact that people were just handing out candy to her.DSC_0460

Carbondale had a little Halloween festival going on so while Jason was studying I took the girls there. Mckenna played in the big blow-up houses, we got some yummy food and went on a hayride around the parking lot.

That night we had a Halloween party at a neighbor’s house. They had great food and then took all of the kids on a hayride around the rest of the neighborhood.

I stayed home with little Maddie while Mckenna and Dad went out together. Our good friends the Agates came over to go trick-or-treating with us. Joel and Eliza met up with Jason and Mckenna and Sarah and Leo came over to the house to hang out with Madison and I.

Kerri's Wedding! (The Day Before)

Kerri’s Wedding!

Kerri’s wedding was such a memorable day, mostly because we were all able to be together as a family in the Salt Lake Temple sealing room. The sealing was beautiful and it was a great experience to be in the temple together and to have Chris join our family. It rained and was a little cold, but the rain stopped for the pictures. We had her luncheon shortly after the ceremony, and then we packed everything up, dropped Jason and Hyrum off at the airport, and the rest of us drove up to Montana for the reception. Here are some of the many photos that were taken.

St. Louis Zoo

It’s so crazy because I did a post about coming here two years ago, never imagining that we would be living in this area. Zoos are always fun and Mckenna liked seeing all of the animals. She liked the monkeys and lions the best. Madison was pretty tired and slept most of the time. The weather was perfect. It was a great fall day.DSC_0411
