This is one of my favorite pictures now. It always makes me laugh out loud! John is going to post a contest I think on his blog for who ever can come up with the best/funniest caption to go along with the photo.

ALSO, I have updated a lot of July dates with posts. If you would like to see them, I've dated them back to 9 July 2009. Hopefully I will find more time to get more on there. ENJOY.

July 21st, Bioshock and Red Faction night.

Tonight John played video games with the kids. He introduced them to Red Faction. Parker loved it, but Emily got bored after a while. When it was time for bed, I told them they could watch a movie. Emily picked Family Man (with Nicolas Cage). It's one of her all time favorite movies. Parker chose Looney Tunes cartoons that Hagen gave him and Emily for Christmas a couple of years ago.

July 18th, Frisbee fun at the park.

Parker and Emily went to the park to throw around the floating frisbee. It made for some fun.

July 15th, Linkin's first trip to the park.

We took the new stroller out for a spin. Linkin looks like he's drowning in it, but he's so cute anyway.

Jamie and Axel came over to hang out. Axel decided that Parker needed to see some sunshine.

John put on his rollerblades and Emily got her bike out again.

Parker played with his favorite soccer ball with Axel and then with Emily.

Parker also got his tricycle out (his bike needs a serious tune up as well). Linkin hung out with Axel on the park bench.

Ah, the season for allergies. John was kind enough to bring the entire roll or paper towels over for Jamie's use to help ease her allergies.

July 11th, THANK YOU BRENT

Here is the proud big brother, if you couldn't tell. Here he was getting ready to eat a toaster strudel. He loves Linkin and is such a great big brother already!

Brent and Emily came over and Brent fixed little Emily's bike. She was so excited.

Since I'm a fix-it tard, I thought it best to have Brent fix it so I didn't make it worse. THANK YOU BRENT!!!

Emily was happy to be able to be rolling on her bike once more.

After a few startup pushes from Uncle Brent, she was on her way!

Later that evening, she gathered up all of her money that she had saved and went and purchased Nintendogs for her DS. She LOVES that game.

July 9th

This license plate frame was in the parking garage in the hospital. I thought it was funny. Maybe I'll give chickens out for Christmas this year.

Linkin wants to say hello to the world! He is a great addition to our family and we are so thankful he is here and healthy!

Proud papa. Perhaps you don't know this, but John was born in the Year of the Ox (Chinese Horoscope). Guess what... Linkin was also born in the Year of the Ox as well. According to our Chinese Horoscope book, this means they will get along the BEST!

We had to go to the hospital for a checkup with my doctor. The kids were with grandma so John and I (and Linkin) stopped at IHOP for some yummy food.
