Happy Birthday Trent!

Tomorrow the 25th of January is Trent's 24th Birthday. And I have to say that I am so very grateful for him in my life. I only hope that I can do something for him tomorrow that will show him that appreciation. He didn't want much for his birthday this year, so I am just going to get up and make him breakfast. He will be getting a new suit(aka his "birthday suit" as I like to call it), and I will post pics of his studliness when the suit is in. As for now HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABE. I LOVE YOU!

Our Happenings!

We haven't been up to much lately. I have been in a home decorating mood though. It seems like it goes in cycles, alternating between clothing shopping and home decorating. Anyway, here is my latest feat...we have this huge window in our stairway that I have always thought was so boring, so I found a wall quote that I liked. I didn't realize that the window is like 12 feet high, but I'll be honest, that didn't matter much to me. I just wanted to make the window less plain. So after tracking down and borrowing a 12 foot ladder...I put Trent to work. You didn't really think I was going to climb up there did you? So, here are some pics of Trent putting the vinyl quote on the wall. It sucked pretty bad because apparently these vinyls don't like textured walls, who knew!

Back to school

Well, this was our last weekend of no school. Trent is back to school bright and early tomorrow morning at the U. I am feeling so depressed about that. We have thoroughly enjoyed the time off. So much so, that I have forgotten the daily grind of Trent at school and work all day and doing homework all night...but I guess it is all worth it in the end right?! We did many things, went to movies, went snowmobiling, and last night we went to Body Worlds. It was the last weekend, and for all those who missed it, I am very sorry. It doesn't matter who you are, this exhibit was amazing! Everyone should have the opportunity to see the human body uncovered, you learn so much! Trent really enjoyed it, much more than I thought he would, which just shows that you don't have to be "into" that sort of thing to enjoy learning. Anyway, its back to life for us!
