My awesome friend, Suzana, came and took some pictures of our family and Kate when she was a week old. I've always wanted pictures like this, but haven't done them before. I love that this precious phase was captured in some beautiful pictures! Thanks Suzana!

Thanksgiving

We continued our annual tradition of going to the beach on Thanksgiving. We went in the evening this year and saw a beautiful sunset.

 

These three don't care how cold it is--there is fun to be had in the water!

Kate and I cuddled and kept warm. She set a new record in our family for youngest baby to go to the beach at 8 days old. (Record previously held by Rachel at 12 days old). 

At Home

Fun with Grandma

Jeff's mom came and stayed with Ellen and Rachel while I was in the hospital. They had so much fun with her, I'm pretty sure they didn't even notice Jeff and I weren't around!

They went to Pretend City one day.
