Democrats still win, often. Every few years like clockwork they gain control of everything. This used to confuse me a lot.
However the fact is, they are allowed to win. I fully expect democrats to win by a landslide next year.
But who wins? Nobody who will rock the boat, all others will loose primaries.
It’s not a conspiracy theory if you cannot prove voting is honestly counted in the majority of the states. Sure, there are some states that have accurate vote counts according to polls and United Nations guidelines, and statistical checks. These have simpler more traditional voting systems.
For the other states, any attempt to prove honesty goes out the window due to how the systems are company secrets, hidden in operations, and the fact these states fail United Nations guidelines, the stats tests bounce, and there is a gap between exit poll results and the announced votes. Almost always, it’s the democrats who come up short, who are disadvantaged. But one would never know that if one listens to them.
It’s a pity that one has to be deeply versed in technical skills to see the problems inherent in the electronic voting systems here. Or at least be familiar with paper ballots and the tests used to keep them honest. One also has to know how recounts are problematic, it requires knowledge of an individual state’s laws and processes.
So there are several hurdles to even have a conversation with most people.
US politics requires trust in the system to work. Most politically active democrats are conservative and deeply believe in the state’s inherent infallibility in this. There is no instinct for transparency or accountability, and often when asked, they refer to political experts who calm them, reassure them , and blather tech nonsense.
