Hidden is a strong word; it’s a file named as such, in plain text, with a GUI button to disable it, and has a bunch of humor throughout. I’m not really sure what the big deal about it is honestly, I think it’s hilarious and harmless

I believe their current solution is prohibiting the firing of workers only to replace them with AI to reduce cost.
