I’ve been dipping back into Blue Revolver this past week. It’s lots a fun, and there’s tons of weapon options and stuff that I’ve still got to explore. Looking forward to spending real time on it this weekend!

    I still need to go back and work on my Hyper 1CC for Blue Revolver. Stopped at Stage 4.

    I gave Normal a shot last time and found it annoying AF. That “you autobomb and lose all your bombs instead of losing a life” idea is one of the worst I’ve seen in a shmup. I wish there’s an option to turn it off.

    I’ll just stick to Hyper when I go back.

    This week, I’ve been consumed by Eden’s Eclipse: it’s so fun! That special attack is so fun to use! And constantly deciding whether to use it or not keeps the game engaging. Bullet patterns are fun to dodge too!

    I enjoy Blue Wish Desire a lot, but xxGameRoom outdid themselves with Eden’s Eclipse! Like, I don’t wanna be hyperbolic, but they’re the closest to CAVE in terms of innovation operating in the market right now, IMO. I wish they port the rest of their catalog to Steam and add achievements!

    Caught up with some movies this week (Obsession, Disclosure Day), looked into getting a Switch 2 (nope, not gonna happen, €430, should have bought it at launch), might order an Everdrive for my Game Boy… Went to a beach, got a sunburn, normal hot weather stuff…
