Any private venue can prohibit certain behaviors at their own discretion. What I wanted to explore was if it is the act of surreptitiously recording people that upsets us or if it was something else like what they were recording people doing, or what kind of people they were recording.
And violence is not a great way to respond to legal acts. Especially not when you are being recorded. Perhaps try some anger management before you end up letting your emotions get the better of you and land you in the slammer?

Personally, finding out you’re secretly recording me with glasses or with a hidden camera would make me equally punchy.
