Not sure where the missing words are supposed to fit in spatially, though.

No, it’s just desynchronized. It’s probably supposed to be:
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER
im not sure these things can get desynced that way. im pretty sure most of these signage setups are a multimonitor configuration hooked up to an SBC behind the scenes but maybe they do something more weird and exotic.

This one doesn’t read properly in any direction; I assume that these screens aren’t in sync and it’s the first screen’s fault.
