That makes sense. Why waste time and money when the only possible outcome for any investigation is, “We didn’t do anything wrong”?
The federal government isn’t going to stop investigating, that farce plays an important role in pacifying centrist idiots, they’re just going to switch responsibility to ICE itself so things will be handled by the organization that is funded like a national military and who is less prone to wasting money for the “professionalism” or doing it the old ways.
So that means we are free to form vigilante groups that look like ICE but go around and find ICE raids happening and take them all down from the back. Then get all their gear and give it to new members of the organization and repeat. Won’t be long till ICE is demolished and no investigations on how it happened.
What else should we expect from these fascists? The FBI is a disgusting, racist cesspit.
