Warning: This is not a normal blog subject. You may think this is a little gross and if you do then don't read it.
So, today I'd like to address an issue that I have.
It's something that I realized a long time ago, but today it reoccured to me how odd it is. I was reminded of this weirdism at I was sitting on the throne in the blue-ish teal women's bathroom located on the second floor of the Ag Science building (Nik and Deid know this place well).
An here it is: why do our bodies make such weird noises and why is it always embarrassing when they come out?! I've always had a fear of public restrooms. Not only because of their appearance or aroma(event though this is enough to give you a fear of them), but because of other people. There's just something that makes it uncomfortable letting nature run it's course while there's another sister only a few feet away from you. I mean, you are somewhat hidden by a sheet of MDF about 1/4" thick, but that's not the whole problem. The biggest dilemma is the sounds that will occupy the room while you are present. Whether it's coming from you or the other person-it's embarrassing! For both of you! It's natural and really not that big of a deal, but really it is. Sometimes I'm embarrassed for myself and a lot of the time I'm embarrassed for the other person.
I really don't have a solution to this predicament, I just thought I'd share one of the world's quirks that may affect you also. I had to laugh* to myself about how funny little things are and why sometimes things like this perk my attention and how sometimes they don't.
Life is funny!
