Birthday Book

It was Brad's birthday on Monday.  More on that later, but I wanted to get this written down before I forget.  Karleigh made Brad a book for his birthday.  It is pretty much the cutest thing in the world!  I am going to type it out in her spelling.  I added a little punctuation so that it made sense. 

All About Dady

My daddy is asome, really asame.  He is Asamer then he thinks he is.  Hes the greatest dad in the world.  Thats why I love my dady so much.

My dad is funny, so funny.  I love it so, so much.

My dad is hasam, really hansam. 

My dad is strong.  The strongest man I know.

I love my dady so much.

My dad is cool.  The coolest man alive. 

I love my dad because he tucks me into bed a lot. 

I love my dad because he brings us to fun places (Fiesta Fun).

My dad is the best dad in the world. 

My dad is the nicest dad in the univers. 

My dad is the best in day light tell sunset and happy birthday dad. 

The book has some pretty sweet pictures to go along with it!!  I think this was Brad's favorite present of the night.  He really is the best dad!! 

Craft Night

A couple of weeks ago, the boys went to an Aggie's game, and the girls had a fun craft night.  

Christina is an awesome sewer and is trying to teach us Pickett girls her skills.  We made Maxi skirts for the little girls.  They turned out so cute!  

We also did some nails!  

Abbie was a natural.  Me...not so much!  

We also let the little girls each make their own bags!!  They had so much fun!!  

Happyville Fire Station

Karleigh's class made a community called Happyville.  She was assigned to make the Fire Station.  It was a fun project to work together on!!

 Logan has some seriously cold winters!!  We spent a lot of time indoors!  One day we got a little stir crazy and ended up at the mall for some free entertainment!  

Mandi's Shower

Pretty much at any moment, I am going to be an aunt again.  I can't wait!!  At the beginning of March, we threw Mandi a shower in Manti.  It was lots of fun!!  

We also got to spend the weekend in Richfield.  Grandma is feeding the babies some Dr. P.  She likes to start them young. 

It was a fun weekend, and I can't wait for little baby girl to get here!!!  

Oh So Random!

One day, Jack and Gray took a time out from their busy schedules to watch the clothes get washed.

Jackson tends to be Karleigh's dress-up doll quite often.

For some reason, Jackson has decided that the coffee table is his seat in the living room.  He is either sitting on it or dancing on it whenever we are in there.  

St. George

In February, we got to go to St. George for the first time since we moved. I love St. George and I was so happy we got to go back!  Joe got ordained an Elder, so we went down to support him.  I am so happy for him and all of the great things happening in him and Candice's lives!  I am glad we got to be there to support him.  

One of our first stops was the one and only Swig.  

My grandma gave the kids these cute art sets.  

Our trip wouldn't have been complete without visiting old friends!  Karleigh got to see her BFF, Halle, on Friday and Saturday night.  On Saturday night, all the adults went out to dinner and the kids played.  Grayden got to see his friend, Max, as well.  They were so excited.  Even though we didn't live in St. George long, we made some great friends!!!  

As you can see, Jackson really enjoyed some delicious frosting that grandma made.  It was so fun to see stay with my grandparents and see them again, as well as spend lots of time with Brad's family!  We can't wait to go back to St. George sometime soon!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Here we are at the end of March, and I am just doing my Valentine's post.  Oops!  The problem is that I have the worst memory ever, so if I don't blog about things right when they happen, the memory is gone forever.  I guess I better work on that!  

Me and Karleigh had all sorts of fun making her Valentine's box this year.  Karleigh and Grayden spent so much time writing their names on all of their friend's Valentine's.

Karleigh's school does an etiquette day.  All the kids have to dress up and they learn all about manners.  

I got to go help out at Karleigh's class party.  

The kids got a couple new games for Valentine's, and we spent the night playing them.  It was a fun night!!
