Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, I am free at last!"

Ok so the title is a little over board. I guess what I really am saying is I'm sure going to miss these cute little smiling faces every day, all day.

My cute little Tan Tan is in 7th grade, boy am I old.Kaden joins the big boys in middle school this year. And gets a change in color of shirts sooo exciting

And my baby is a third grader. I can't believe this is how old Kaden was when we moved here. She seems so little and he seemed so big. Kali has Mrs. Hunnings and is as excited as she can be.

Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens, Williamsburg VA

So we just had to take one last trip this summer. We haven't had enough adventures yet. So our really good friends, the Pinney's and us went to Busch gardens and Water Country for the weekend.

This is the crew Kaden, Gabe, Kali, Taylor, Tanner

Kali and Taylor held hands the whole time, it was so cute.
I don't know if any one knows to much about Busch Gardens but it has themes of different European countries, kind of like Epcot. This telephone booth was in England.
The kids soooo scared to go on the haunted castle.
Waiting in yet another line.
Kris, and Derrick
Watching a 4D movie

We would all pile up in the Suburban, love big cars.
Germany

Ireland
This was one of every one's favorite, Apollo's Chariot, we even got Kaden to ride it. This was our 4th time in a row and Kaden's stomach couldn't handle any more.

This is the kind of picture my kids love, they didn't even have to smile.

Our summer thus far take 2

I am going to start back in Hawaii because we only got half way through the trip. This is an early morning sunrise. Then we drove to this light house and watched planes land.

This is Kalipeki Beach where we spent most of our time

Kail loved the Tiki's

Isn't she so beautiful

Pizza at the beach, yummyCook out on the beach yummy yummyLidgate Park, what a great place to snorkel. Kevin brought fish food so he could have the fish surround him, very scary, I kept my distance

Another great snorkel place, Ka'a Beach

So pretty. Not me, the mountains

I snorkeled for a while until Kevin wanted me to swim over the coral and I had a full blown panic attack, but hey I tried. Kali snorkeled with Kevin for hours, she would hang on to his back. She got so burned, poor little girl
Just a pretty river we had to pass on our way back to our car.

Golfing- Kevin's mom works at a golf coarse, and she was nice enough to let us all go. The boys loved it, and are actually very good considering that they have never played. Me and Kali played 4 or 5 holes then Kali got a blister so we just hung out and rode the golf carts in stead.

Nana and Kali hitching a ride

Cute golfer, Tanner hit one 205 yards he is a natural

We spent a couple of nights at the Marriott, thanks to Kathi's (Kevin's mom) sweet discount. It was right on the beach and so beautiful.

The local weather report

The hugest pool that the kids have ever swam in. Kevin couldn't quiet grasp the concept of swimming in a pool with the ocean right there. But you couldn't get the kids out.

A light house, I can't remember the name but it was an amazing sight

Kaden checking out the wild life, oh wait it is just Kali

I just got to say one thing, wow, look at that hair, if you are not sure who I am talking about check out my oldest son

Just some cute beach bum shots

Nana and Papa's house, thanks for being such great hosts and letting us invade your house

The kids sleeping quarters

Thanks Nana and Papa for an amazing trip. You guys are the best!!

Aloha

Now on to Utah, first things first, Tanner had to meet up with his best buddy Nick

The kids played rockband for hours

One of our trips to Bear lake, this is what I saw out my window coming down the canyon in to the Bear lake valley

Nothing like a campfire and smores

the beach

Kevin was so excited to spend some time at Bear lake. He hasn't been for 3 years

Bear Lake was just a pit stop for me and Kevin. We were heading up to Boise for an unofficial interview. Thanks Mom, Amy, and Chelsea for taking such good care of my kiddo's while we were gone.

This is Shoshone Falls, just outside of Twin Falls, Idaho. It is well worth the 9 miles detour. It was the biggest waterfall I had ever seen.

Also known as the Niagara of the West.

While we were in Boise we went on a river rafting trip, I was a little hesitant but Kevin really wanted to go so I gave in. And it turned out to be the highlight of the trip.

This is the river we went down. It is the Payette River.

This is a picture we bought, I am a sucker for pictures. None of them turned out good of me I was always pulling a funny face, so we got one of Kevin looking so tough there on the front of the boat.

Just another shot of the river

When we got back my dad wanted to take Kevin and the kids flying. The kids actually never got a chance, but Kevin did he even flew for a little while

We had a get together with the Nathan Clark family, and my Grandma and Grandpa, to celebrate Kevin's graduation. It was so good to see everyone

This is what I miss the most living so far away. Just getting together and letting the kids play while we eat and chat.

Tanner was messing around with my camera and took these amazing shots.

My cute Grandma

My handsome dad

I just couldn't get enough of this little girl. Your the cutest My

4th of July fire works at Eaglewood. Our last day with Kevin, so he can go home and make some money while we play. What a great guy.

Getting ready for the fireworks to begin

dressing up at Grandma's. This is KadenKaliTanner

Most nights would go for a walk this time we ended up at Valley View Elem.
The kids sneaking up on a deer
I wanted Kali and Kaden to stand on NC, and Ethan to stand on Utah and look sad, but Kali hates NC so bad she wouldn't do it.

Cute Kali and Mylie just love Kai.

Last year me,my mom and my siblings minus Jason went to Park City to go shop and go to dinner. It was so fun that we did it again.

Us eating at Red Robin, Yummy

Well you are about half way there, if you are still reading I am so proud of you.

Lake Powell the fanaly of our summer. A great birthday present tradition all us kids get.
A way fun hike we went on up to some narrows.

The Roarks's minus Kevin.

It was so beautiful

Jason a little stinky after day 6.
The cute Frazier boys fishing, Mylie would want to hold the fish and pet them, GROSS
She would also love to hold these dime size frogs that we found on our hike, this one in the picture is a little bigger than the other 5 that are now looking down on us from heaven.

Kaden just loves Mylie, and sometimes she would love him back

The kids getting beat on the tube, thanks Grandpa

Tanner showing off, he was really good this year. Kaden also wake boarded but I sadly did not get a picture of him. He did it behind Uncle Tim's boat.

Kali even got up. She would even cross the wake (not on porpose) Thanks Jake for helping

Kali and her cousin Jade going way to fast in my opinion
The Astle boys, Look I got Tay to smile, well kind of

Kali just can't get enough of her Jason, and Jason is very paitent

getting about as clean as you can get at Powell

Boys love the sand

My newest nephew (that I named by the way) Davis. He is the happest baby I have ever met.

Amy's cute belly.
Weston held a yoga class, it was a great workout, and we just jumped into the lake afterwards to cool off.

Kali and Vanessa best buddies.

OHHH they are so cute when they're asleep.

Our view from our boat. The lake was up so high this year.

The gang Vanessa, Kaden, Jade, Kali, Tayler, Tanner, Austin
Packed up and ready to go home.

Enjoying our last few nights in Utah with the fam. Ice blocking so fun, I have never done it before the kids had a blast.

It was getting dark so I couldn't get very good pictures, but it sure does make it look like he is going fast.
The last hurra, at North Canyon Park. It is so sad to keep saying good bye to everyone. It always ends in tears. We sure had a great time in Utah this year, thanks to everyone for letting us jump right back into your lives again and again. Thank you mom and dad for being such great hosts again, it is hard to take care of ourselves after being so spoiled all summer.

Just a few things we saw on our way home from the Raleigh Airport. Kevin's favorite cows. Oreo cows

A pink moon, it was so pretty. I wish I could of got a better shot.

And a spider that has made his home right by our front steps. He is about 3 inches long. He is very fun to watch. The kids through a stick at his web (and got yelled at by me) and the spider would crawl over to it and pluck it off and throw it on the ground. We have seen him wrap up a few bugs also.
