On day 2 of our trip we were at the Magic Kingdom at rope drop. I really had a hard time not crying every time I saw the characters. There was a big song and greeting from the Disney characters as the train pulled up and then we were off!
They had their fall/Halloween decorations up so it was even more festive than usual!
We rode the Space Mountain and then Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. (Where yes...I beat Christina in the number of shooting points.)
The Laugh Floor was similar to Turtle Talk with Crush (see day 1) but with more interaction with the audience.
My favorite thing about Disney is the attention to detail. If you take the time to look, it really is beautiful.
This was the emblem on the garbage cans!!

Mickey was having his kitchen remodeled...this is what my kitchen looked like a few days ago.

Around one we returned to our resort and had lunch and took a nap. At 3:30 we headed over to Hollywood studios for our dinner reservations at 4:30 and Fantasmic!
We had dinner at Hollywood and Vine as part of the Fantasmic Dinner Package.
We saw Darth Vader battling new Jedi recruits at the Jedi training school.
We managed to get into the last showing of the Muppet 3-D Tour.
We knew when we came into the park so late that we wouldn't be able to ride any of the big attractions without MAJOR waits (if you'll notice below the wait time is anywhere from 30 to 80 minutes). So while we waited for Fantasmic to start we got some ice cream and sat on a bench and people watched. It was a very pleasant way to spend an evening.
Because we got the Fantasmic Dinner Package we were allowed to enter a special line to get to our seats in the out door theatre. This was our line. Keep in mind 8 thousand people were lined up 2 hours ago on the other side of the park. We walked into our place 45 minutes early.

It was almost impossible to get good pictures of the show but as always it was Fantasmic!
So there is a very abbreviated version of our trip to Disney World. I recommend the Kona Cafe in the Polynesian Resort Hotel for dinner,
http://www.tourguidemike.com/ for the best experience over all, and ending on a bang with Fantasmic!
